Questions & Answers

Is there a pad for this item or can you put a thick play mat under it for hard wood floors?

The bottom is lightly cushioned, but not enough to prevent a wooden floor from being damaged. We purchased a hexagon-shaped table and chairs. Underneath, place a shaped pad.

Where can I get a mesh top to keep bugs out?

It will come up if you type in Dream on me Onyx Canopy, and it costs around $45 to buy.

Is this going to work with the hexagon summer pop-n-play?

The canopy can be used with the Dream On Me Onyx Playpen. The size of the item is 53. 5 L x 53. 5 W x 15. It has a height of 5 inches and weighs one pound. 5 lbsbr>br>For the DOM Family, join Team Dream On Me.

Is this something that a dog would enjoy?

Yes, I believe it would work for a small, calm dog. If you're worried about containing your dog, bigger dogs may be able to jump over the sides. When a puppy or dog chews or scratches, the mesh sides may be bitten or scratched through. We bought it for our baby, but our dogs love to go in and out of it and lay in it.

The Lifesaver for Tall Children! It Suffers a Loss I was taken aback by the one review
5/5

As a result, I made it a point to return and pen one. This is by far the best playpen we've had in the last two years. My toddler is about 30" tall. Our pack and play is a Babytrend, and it measures 23" from the mat's bottom to the top of the rail. This is a requirement for ALL PACK AND PLAYS. What is it about tall babies that makes playground designers hate them? On Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and Yahoo, I looked up every playground. I even went to amazonUK to see what they had to offer. It's rare to come across a sturdy, dependable playyard that can actually keep a child over 30" safe. My toddler was hiking her leg over the top last week, and she was on the verge of falling out. My search began when I dashed in to stop her. br>At this point, I'll give you my opinion. This playyard has a diameter of 52 inches, which is the largest practical portable space I could find. The bottom yard mat is not as thick as a pack and play, but it does sit directly on the floor. It's similar to the bottom of a high-end tent. My chair is on the carpet. For hard floors, I would suggest a non-skid rug. There's no way to secure it like a tent, but that's not necessary on carpet. It's a substantial weight, comparable to a pack and play in this regard; the top rails are rated at 31" with my toddler at 30" to the top of her head. When I measured my set up, it was closer to 32" than 5". She can't get her arms over the mesh, which is thick and durable. My toddler is a bruiser. She Gangas on the sides and dances, and when she's playing, she slides with her belly down the mesh. She attempted to raise her leg, but her foot slid down when she hit the mesh in the middle. There isn't a single complaint about how hard this thing is beaten. In addition, the tent's bottom material appears to be waterproof. Her diaper blew out after she fell asleep on her side. The pen's bottom material became stained. It vanished after I used a microfiber cloth and Dawn dish soap. It didn't make it all the way to my carpet. I didn't have to use my carpet cleaner for the first time in a long time. This is something I really enjoy. The rails are very easy to put in place. It is simple to dismantle. br>For the first 24 hours, it smells like a tent. After 48 hours, I recommend letting it air out on a porch or patio for a day. I'm out of options!.

Aesthetics and functionality are two important factors to consider
5/5

I'm not sure why there aren't any reviews for this product; I looked everywhere for the perfect play pen for my crawling 10-month-old that didn't look like an eyesore and kept coming back to this one. I was hesitant to purchase it because there were so few reviews, but I'm glad I did. It's perfect, sturdy, blends in, and doesn't look out of place in my space, which I've decorated and tried to keep uniform.

NOT TO BE USED FOR SLEEP
3/5

This is what I ordered for time spent outside and vacations with a baby. I was hoping to use this in place of a smaller pack n play for sleeping as well as a napping location while we were outside, so I set it up in my living room after a very quick delivery. I noticed on the safety tag that it is NOT FOR SLEEPING after I set it up. This is alarming because I went back over the listing and didn't see that disclosure anywhere. The bottom fabric is silky smooth and a little slick. I moved my sock-covered feet back and forth as I crawled in. It sounded like a soft baby book with inside pages made of crinkle paper. If it's hot outside, I imagine a baby will sweat profusely while sleeping on the fabric. Sheets and mattresses are also prohibited in the play yard. I'd like other parents to be aware of these concerns, as I spent hours researching the best play yard to buy.

So far, everything has gone well! Instead of Regalo, I chose this
5/5

The Regalo and the Dream on Me play yards were the two options we had. The Regalo's bars were a deal breaker for us, and we read somewhere that someone's toddler was able to climb the bars to get over the side!br>br>We have hardwood floors and added the Minnebaby mattress underneath, which matches and fits perfectly inside or underneath the play yard. br>br>We're keeping the Dream on Me and will eventually buy the canopy when it goes on sale. With the canopy, the play yard is ideal for pretend play. br>br>One change I'd like to see is for the grey play pen's bars to be silver/grey to match the rest of the play pen! Apart from that, it's fantastic! br>br>Dream on Me (gray) $75br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br a little more difficult to store than Regalobr>- When folded, it is bulkierbr>br>Regalo (blue/black) $60br> Very easy to set up/take downbr> Locks in place with a kick bar (which I love)br> Lighter than Dream on Mebr> More compact and lightweight than Dream on Mebr>- A Velcro strap protects the bolt on the bar. br>- On Me, I'm a fraction of the size of a dream.

Can stand up to my energetic and powerful toddler
5/5

My son (who is now 22 months old) outgrew his pack-and-play. I wanted to start playing earlier than I wanted, so I went on the hunt for a new (and very sturdy) playpen that wasn't too expensive. I was pleasantly surprised by how light and simple this was to assemble, and it can withstand my son's rocking motions. My only concern is that he rocks it violently back and forth, and if I didn't have a box of toys in there with him, I'd be afraid he'd tip over. There is, however, enough space for him to play while also having a medium-sized desk. a toy box of various sizes.

The playpen is extremely simple to set up and fold down, making it an excellent product
5/5

I like the neutral color, design, and lack of X bars on the sides (which prevents small children from hitting their heads on the bars). I really like how the material can be unsnapped and washed. If you have hard floors, the bottom padding is pretty thin, but I recently purchased a gray self-adhesive mat. hexagonal mat that inflates to fit perfectly underneath: The only thing I don't care for is the bottom material. It has a tent-like quality to it and is quite loud. For use outside, a sunshade or similar item would be useful.
