Questions & Answers

It is impossible to lay flat these Summer Infant covers I got when I tried two different types of covers. What if you need to change a diaper during that time?

No, there is no way! It's great to have a changing pad like this. Since January of 2015, I have been using this for my little one. It went without a hitch. Together with the belt and the edges on this changing table, I feel confident that my little one will be safe. **I also have the summer infant covers, and when my little one is lying down on the pad, it lays flat due to the weight, and I've never had an issue.

Is it secured to the changing table by inserting the screws directly into the buckle or by purchasing a security strap that has the screws already in it?

The screw had to be driven through the safety strap in order to attach it to the wall behind the dresser.

The perfect baby, but only with clean diapers
4/5

Since we purchased this changing pad at least a year and a half ago, it is perfect for our needs. I love that it's well cushioned and that there is a strap that attaches to the changing table so that it will stay The changing pad was not used at first, but our daughter figured out how to push herself off the wall with her feet at some point and slide the whole pad away from the wall, so we had to attach it to the dresser that serves as the It is literally a lifesaver that the strap is drilled into the dresser! As well as the 4 walls, I enjoy them as well. The baby also liked to push up with her feet and scoot around the pad so we made sure she was contained on all four sides of the pad. Cleanliness is one thing to think about. There are so many little holes puncturing the entire surface of the pad-- I really wish it hadn't done that! Even the stitch holes don't match the pattern There are no stitches forming the pattern of the quilt It isn't a hole in the waterproof surface, but a hole in its construction. This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen What is the point of creating a waterproof surface if you are going to drill a million holes in Consequently, it is not waterproof from a practical perspective. There are holes that allow you to see through the foam underneath. There is no way to remove liquid from this area once it has been squirted in. Foam in the holes remains soiled even after you wash the surface. Fortunately, our baby has never pooped on the pad and has only peed on it maybe twice in twenty months, and even then, the urine was basically contained in the open diaper beneath her butt or on the bath towel, so we have not had any issues. We've been using it without a liner because it's very soft and pleasant to touch (not plasticky in feel). We found that as long as the baby isn't prone to accidents within the short time the diaper is open, then this diaper pad is great and can be used just as it is (ours lasted over a year and a half of daily use before it developed Nevertheless, if your child has frequent accidents, it would be best to use a separate waterproof liner over the changing pad, or just to use a different changing pad all together. A brief update Even though I do not want to sound like I'm lecturing, I feel the need to include this. A changing pad may have a strap to buckle the baby down, or it may not. There are people who place the pad on a high surface, and there are those who place it on a bed or the In my opinion, it wasn't necessary for me to do this every time. If I was right there, it wasn't necessary. A few weeks ago my seven-year-old son was acting strange to me because I stepped 3 feet to the side for 2 seconds The month is In contrast, the old baby fell head first onto the hard tile floor after flipping off the changing pad. As his head hit the ground, I lunged and smashed my own face into the corner of the wall as I caught him. My preference would have been to have a broken face rather than a broken/dead baby, but if I'd used the buckle that came with the pad, I would have escaped with neither of those outcomes. My opinion about the buckle will no longer be skewed by its unnecessary size or appearance. Even if you're right beside your child, buckle it up! You don't have to wait more than a second, and it could be too late!.

A bird landed on our dresser and scratched it
3/5

was very pleased with this changing pad until I picked it up one day to clean under it and noticed that the safety straps on our beautiful new dresser had been scratched. As another con, it became stained after using it for a couple months and I am not able to clean it. There's a cover to protect us from the wind.

This software is up to date after 3 years and it works I updated my review with the following*br>Original Post *br>We compared quite a few changing pads before ultimately choosing My family and I are super happy with our four-sided pad
5/5

Almost all changing table covers will fit on the pad, and it is very comfortable. I have cleaned it many times after purchasing it, and it's still as clean as when I bought it a year ago. The following is a helpful Because I am a left-handed person, the fact that the baby can be changed in either direction is a big help to me. Changing pads sometimes have a third wall on one side, but that wouldn't be suitable for us since we face the little one in different directions while changing The updated review is as follows As a result of a lack of height for either of my boys, my two are short. A 5 year old still fits relatively well into the standard size. I've been pleased with the mat's performance over the years. It has held up very well, especially after repeated cleanings. You might want to put a nonslip pad underneath it if you find it slips easily. Having said that, I'm really glad we went through with it.

It is great to change a baby's diaper
5/5

It was my hard-earned money that I used to purchase this changing pad for my baby. Based on my own experience and opinions, this review has been written. Message received *Purchased As of June of 2019, this has been a good changing pad. It has been 2 months since our baby was born, so I have used it for 2 months. A four-sided enclosure is designed to keep the baby secure. No matter which direction the baby looks, the four sides keep it safe. In addition, the right and left side walls prevent The changing pad cover and changing liner was used in this case to prevent it from getting wet and Using this with a changing table dresser with a built in changing pad frame, we make a comfortable and convenient changing station. A snug fit / secure fit is achieved through the pad fitting perfectly into the frame. In the short period since I have used the product, I have been pleased with it.

I really like the size and the quality of the product
5/5

I just updated We have been using it daily for over 2 months now, and it is by far one of the best purchases we have made in the past year. To the point where he is trying to fall asleep on it, my son loves to lay on it. Easy diaper changes are made possible by this device! A quality product, this changing pad is extremely durable and well-made. I did not have to buy a full changing table for our small house because it is not too big nor too small, the sheets are inexpensive, and it screws onto our dresser so we don't have to store it on the floor. Highly recommend this product to friends and family!.

A cover is a must! Soft and comfy, but must be covered! THERE IS NO waterproof material
3/5

My love for this product ended when it got stained, and I discovered it was impossible to remove. Despite the “waterproof” claims, the holes in the changing pad make it difficult to clean completely. Liquids actually get into the holes, making it difficult to clean completely. As a result, when it really did become stained with baby poop, I threw it away. The fabric is so soft and comfortable, and my baby looks so comfortable wearing.
