I find the packaging to be terrible

In spite of being durable, because the laundry basket was folded up in the packaging, it was nearly impossible to undo the creases that formed in the packaging and return the basket to its original shape. The item was packaged poorly, so I would have preferred if they had maintained its shape during transit. In addition, the basket seems taller in the photos than it actually is.

The only down side is that it comes folded up Because of the way it's packaged, it is flat when it arrives

In spite of the fact that I have stuffed it full of clothes, it still does not look cylindrical after almost a month. Besides that, it looks great and feels good. There is just one thing I need for it to be filled out as it should be.
