The gift that I gave him was this. It was the perfect size for her mattress. Unfortunately, I do not remember what size it was.
As you put the crib sheet over it, it goes on like a sheet. I have had a good experience with mine.

After just ONE wash, this is how it looks! Because I haven't had my baby yet, I haven't used it. The outcome of my wash to prepare for the arrival of my baby is as follows. The quality of this video is terrible!.
No fanfare is required here for this to work. There was nothing really special about it, but there is nothing wrong with it. There are other options available if you're searching for something that offers most padding atop the mattress. I did not find this very padding, and I did not anticipate it being so. The pros are Features * Machine washable* Keeps mattress clean* Does not retain odors or stains* Dries on low heat usually* Fits in standard crib without bunching or being too tight * Cons Our dryer requires more than 1 cycle to complete drying, so I recommend taking the bag to the line for one cycle then putting the bag back in the dryer.
I have a standard crib mattress from Ikea but the seams in this product were stronger. Carters would seem to be more unlikely to have this happen if they are so well known. Therefore, it's going to have to be rated a 3/5.
The waterproof mattress protector protects the mattress from water and other liquids Due to the fact that our cribs were converted into toddler beds, I used this for overnight potty training. The first time I washed it (cold water wash), the second time I put it in the dryer with normal clothes, and the third time it didn't shrink. There is no softness to the mattress protector, but it does its job and is reliable Frankly, it's not necessary for it to be soft since it's primarily for covering the top of the mattress and underneath the Our little ones have had a few big accidents so far, and everything under the mat has stayed dry. The layers I added to the bed (mattress, mattress protector, fitted sheet, 2nd mattress protector, 2nd fitted sheet) made the bed fit well with those additions. The waterproof aspect is quite impressive, though I have not tested it to the point of pouring a gallon of water over it (maybe in this scenario, it's water-resistant to begin with). My 5yr old's full bladder led to this review!.
Despite washing it according to the CARE INSTRUCTIONS, the shirt was still 4 inches short after I stretched it out. It now doesn't look the same as it did before I stretched it out, so I took the photo after stretching it straight out again. The feeling is just like felt to me. I am not fond of this.
In order to wash this, since it has plastic on the inside and terry cloth outside, it is best to turn it wrong side out so that the plastic is facing out and shake it up and down so that it gets the water off that is lying on it. To dry the protector, I tumble dry it. It is taken out of the dryer a couple of times to rearrange what parts are still wet in order to make sure it is all dry at the end of the cycle.
Bamboo covers are twice as expensive as those I tried and I did not like them It was a waste of time and money. I see my child pee through his diaper on a daily basis Has a tendency to vomit a lot. With the exception of a $35 sealy cover, these covers are definitely the best I have tried. As long as I remove the first set of sheets, I don't have to worry about the second set also being moist. No such incident has ever occurred. It is well worth the time.
We have been using it for a year and have switched to Having used them for one year, they have shrunk to the point where they are completely ineffective. They shrank even after washing and drying, but it was most noticeable in recent months, but we were still able to use them. In order to fit it inside the crib cover, our crib mattress curls up to accommodate it. Nevertheless, the material has not leaked any liquid to the mattress below, and we have never found it to leak. I am disappointed that it hasn't lived up to my expectations.
