A toddler bed was replaced by a full bed when she reached the age of 12. As part of her bedding set, she had a standard pillowcase so I looked for a child's standard size pillow, which was about the only one I could find. Yet it's great because it can be adjusted to fit your needs. One problem is that you don't know what to do with all of the stuffing. My final solution was to put the pillowcase that came with the pillow in it. It may not be ideal, but it will suffice.
