When it comes to poly fibers in the textiles industry, they are usually treated heavily with various substances to enhance their properties after they have been manufactured or during the manufacturing process. It can be treated with flame retardants, mold-resistant chemical substances (antimicrobials), dust-mite repellents, and so on (another 37 or so substances) depending on the type of product it's going to be used on. We do not use any of those chemicals in the treatment of our poly cluster fiber. The way we develop our fibers is very different from the way the rest of the industry does it. I've conducted a lot of research on toddler pillows and found that they shouldn't be overstuffed, but should rather be "flat" so as to allow for the proper positioning of the toddler's head and neck. It was this brand that kept coming back to me, so I decided to buy it. I observed that the pictures were about half the size of what I expected, but based on some reviews I anticipated this probable result. Soft pillows as well as a fluffy, but not fluffy feeling (but it does not feel artificial). Though I wondered if they may have been a little too flat. A couple of days ago, I reached out to the company because I was curious, and they responded immediately. those original pillows with "custom" ones to add a little flair (but not too much. Fill the pillows with fluff. They are a big hit with my children! The company is incredible. I cannot say enough good things about it. respond very quickly, they're pleasant, and they've been very helpful in taking care of my concerns as well as following up with me afterward. I am glad I received excellent customer service. The first time I saw it, I was a little disappointed because it seemed a little flat for my 4 year old. I knew it would lose its softness after washing and drying, but I still doubted that it would last. It was not my favorite pillow, so I contemplated sending it back or getting a custom pillow with more fill. A previous pillow I received from Dreamtown company gave me a terrible experience. The previous pillow is now lumpy and useless after the first wash and dry. Despite our best efforts, it wasn't able to be used by my kid. There is, however, something unique about this one by Little One's Pillow. The last thing I did was to wash and dry it. As a result of the fluffiness, the pillow felt better. Despite still being very soft, it is not lumpy in the slightest. Your work impressed me a lot. The soft and fluffy pillow may not last as long as I would like, but I enjoy it nevertheless. All of my friends and family would enjoy this pillow. My pillow became lumpy after I washed it today.
UPDATE 4/14/19 I washed the pillow today. This might be the second or third time I've washed. There is a great deal of disappointment in my mind. This pillow used to be one of my favorites, but it doesn't feel as Little One's Pillow is the seller I plan on contacting to see if a replacement can be sent. A great customer service experience has been reported by Little One's Pillow's online community member on 4/20/19. Quite a few pillows are missing fillings, so I got a replacement with more fillings instead. The pillow is now getting a little dirty, so I guess I will have to be more careful next time. When I wash this new one, I hope it won't get lumpy.
I am glad that my lo's first pillow arrived in time. He has been suffering from a head cold and was recently Since he got this pillow he slept so much better. He is so uncomfortable and miserable, but he has had so much better sleep since getting it. That's the perfect crib size for him and it's so soft and squishy.
