These sheets were purchased to go with my Lotus crib, which I bought in March of this year. They're a perfect match for each other. They are without a doubt the softest sheets I have ever felt. The palette is light and airy. br>br>On these sheets, there are a couple of negative comments.
1. For the straps, there are four holes total. I don't know what the old Lotus crib looked like, but these are for the most recent model (early 2019).
2. Someone remarked on the stitching of the hole through which the strap passes. Really? You don't even bother to look at it; you simply pull the strap through. There's no need to be concerned. What difference does it make if it isn't perfectly stitched?
3. The sheet does, in fact, fit. To make it fit properly, simply wrap it around the mattress like any other sheet. br>br>I adore this crib and the sheets that come with it. I'm so glad someone made a set of sheets that cost a little less than the original Guava Lotus sheets!.
These were purchased to go with my Guava Travel Crib (newest version), and they fit just as well as the ones available from Guava. I was looking for a cotton option that was organic. It washed up nicely, and the bottom snap parts fit snugly into the holes. This purchase has made me very happy.
They'll get the job done, but I'm not impressed with them. The buckle slots are sloppy stitched, and there are ink marks where they were placed that didn't come out when I washed them. The sheets aren't particularly soft, but they are serviceable.
According to the seller, this works for the two top tabs, but there is no way to stretch the holes to fit the guava with the six tabs at all.
We haven't used these yet, despite the fact that I washed and placed them in the Lotus crib. The washing and drying went without a hitch. They aren not the softest sheets ever because they are 100% cotton and not polyester and no fabric softener were used. They aren't, however, abrasive in any way. I'm perplexed by customer complaints that the sheets don't fit properly. If you put them on properly, they will fit snugly and precisely. I'll admit that the clasps make them difficult to put on, but that is precisely what makes them safe for baby. Those sheets aren't going anywhere any time soon!.
It was a waste of money. Because the sheets do not fit the guava mattress, they are tight at the corners but very loose in the middle. To weigh down the sheet, you must place your baby in the center of it. It's a waste of money to buy sheets that don't fit the guava because it's such a pricey play yard.
Because the elastic causes the mattress to curl up on the ends, I deducted one star. Before I put the sheets down, I washed them. It was better after I snapped the mattress down, but I was still pulling the mattress up on the ends. The fabric is nice and soft, so I'm hoping it will loosen up with use. The pattern is light and airy.
If it hadn't been for the stain on them when I took them out of the package, I would have given them five stars. They are as described: soft and stretchy. br>Unfortunately, I'll have to wash and use these because my playyard arrives tomorrow and these are the only sheets I have, which is a shame because they had such good reviews.
