A 5 year old boy will be taking this to school with him. Within the first week of using it, the strap came loose from the Velcro. It was already washed before it was dried. In spite of the cheap thread and poorly sewed seams, the thread of this garment is not good. It would be wise to reinforce those flimsy straps if you decide to purchase them. I would say it was a waste of $40. It has already been used, so she does not return.

In addition to the mat being adorable for 4 years olds, the pillow is very comfortable. It is also very practical that the pillow can be removed so the rest of the nap mat can be washed.
