This is the vest you can get for your breastfeeding journey. I've breastfed three children and tried a variety of lotions in the past, but none of them worked. My sore nipples felt normal again, and they never blistered or bled like they had in the past with other creams. I'm expecting my fourth child now, and I'll definitely be getting this product again, even though I still have some left in the tube. A little goes a long way when it comes to makeup. I only had one before giving birth to my last child, and I breastfed her for 11 months. I've even used it to treat diaper rashes, and it's fantastic.
I've only recently started using this product because I'm about to give birth in a few weeks. I had a sunburn on one of my nipples. I massaged my breasts and ran them under hot water in the shower to relieve the pain. I applied a pea-sized amount to each nipple after it had dried. I felt instantly relieved, and I've been using it every day since. My nipples are no longer dry, and they are moisturized throughout the day. It has a beeswax scent, which I like. I'm about to place a second order because I don't want to run out.
This product was actually better as a lip balm than it was for nipple care. I've been breastfeeding for three months and was desperate for a break. I've had a lot of experience with this product, and the following are my thoughts: Baby had no issues with taste and fed normally; nipples were still very dry after use, but the balm prevented cracking; when warm, it becomes watery and messy; putting it in the fridge was a bad idea because the balm refused to squeeze out; as far as soreness relief goes, it didn't help; and as a lip balm, it made my lips glossy and kept them hydrated in the bitter wind. Overall, I believe that this product would be better if it had more hydrating properties, as it works well on lips but not so well on dry nipples.
This time, because my baby was almost ten pounds, I didn't get to breastfeed nearly as much. I was only able to make enough milk for her to eat. I supplemented as much as I could and only got to use this on my nipples a few times. However, I was very pleased with it. I did help with the soreness, and for the first time, I didn't get cracked nipples, and my skin didn't get stuck to the breast pads, which was another first for me. I didn't have to wash my hands before eating. Using this, the baby did not refuse to latch on. This item has already earned a place in my hall of fame for baby products! So, when I no longer needed it, I kept it because I figured I could use it for something else. Until my baby developed eczema on her face, I was thinking of using it as a base for essential oils or something. br>She was unresponsive to anything. It was a bad situation, so I remembered how gentle, soothing, and quick-acting this product was, and I tried it on my baby's face. She was 90% healed the following day! It's incredible. This is a fantastic product. My teenage son, who suffers from eczema, received it as well.
I usually use Lansinoh lanolin cream, but I hadn't used it in a while and noticed this was on sale for a few dollars less, so I bought it. It hasn't helped me in any way, shape, or form. I don't have a lanolin allergy, so I didn't see the point in buying a lanolin-free cream. However, now that I know what works best for me, I'll be sticking to lanolin creams from now on because I see healing after just one day! In addition to how relaxing it is. This wasn't soothing, and it didn't help me heal. Others have given this product positive reviews; I'm glad it worked for them, but to be honest, it hasn't helped me.
I used this with my previous baby, so I bought it again. It's like chapstick for your nipples; it doesn't completely eliminate pain, but it greatly reduces it! I've always been hesitant to use lanolin because I've always heard you have to wash it off before nursing your baby, which is why I bought this because it's lanolin-free. It does not need to be washed off, and it will not harm your baby. It certainly helped me get through the first few weeks of pain.
This nipple butter is my absolute favorite! This is literally the best thing that has ever happened to me! I've had two babies and am about to have my third, and I'll never use anything else. When applied, it doesn't feel gross or tacky, and the baby doesn't seem to mind. It won't stain or ruin your clothes, and it'll give you a lot of relief during those first few days of breastfeeding. Because that's exactly what it is, it should be called Miracle Butter/Cream.
I also liked that it was Lanolin-Free, because my husband has a Lanolin allergy, and we're not sure if our child has inherited it as well. I fell in love with this one after trying several other lanolin-free products and plan to use it in the future! It's something I'd recommend to any breastfeeding moms out there!.
