Philips Avent Anti-colic Baby Bottle with AirFree vent Beginner Gift Set Blue, SCD393/05

I wasn't sure how I felt about these bottles at first. My baby's milk flowed a little too quickly at first, but now that she's three months old, it's a good flow. The anti-colic nipple doesn't always seem to hold her milk as well as it should (as shown in the photo, the nipple is supposed to stay full when the bottle is tilted), which is why I docked a star, but they work well enough for the most part. There have been no leaks in my house. We supplement with formula on occasion, and I was concerned that the powder wouldn't mix properly with the anti-colic attachment, but no chunks of powder get stuck on it if it's given a vigorous shake. Other anti-colic bottle attachment parts are much more difficult to clean. My three-month-old daughter hardly ever spits up, though she does have fussy periods, so I'm not sure if it's just her digestive system or if the bottles aren't really working, but something is working because she hardly ever spits up. br>The pacifiers are a favorite of baby's; she only uses them and the Tommee Tippee ones! She spits out anything else that comes to mind. The formula dispenser is also useful, and the bottle brush is effective at removing dried milk from nooks and crannies in bottles and parts. br>Overall, we're happy with this collection. I ended up ordering a third one for Grandma's house and a fourth for ours.

Excellent craftsmanship. This is a wonderful gift for a new mom, a baby shower, or a first-time mom. The cleansing brush, formula dispenser, and pacifier (which comes with a cover to keep it clean) are all fantastic. The bottles are fine as well, but removing and replacing the green part is a pain, takes a long time, and I believe it is overpriced (you don't have to use it in your baby's bottles). Your baby will be fine as long as you burp him or her; babies will get trapped air in their lungs, hiccups, and gas regardless of the filters in their bottles.

Everything is of excellent quality, and they are especially effective at preventing stomach gas and relieving colic in babies. Each bottle has a special AirFree vent that keeps air from being forced down while not leaking liquid. Even if the bottle is held horizontally, this method works. The milk flows freely into the nipple, and any air is channeled out of the nipple and into the bottle's top. The nipple can, of course, be changed, and the vent can be removed if you don't like it for whatever reason. Installing and removing the vent inserts is a breeze. They're not difficult to clean. I'm very pleased with them.

They are the ideal size, last "forever" (literally), are super easy to clean, have a small number of pieces, and are of exceptional quality! br>Now I'm bringing it for my nephew, and I'm sure my sister will adore them once she starts using them!.
