This product only employs a small amount of UV light. A & UV- Their claims are false, and they are misleading consumers about a product. A & B could take up to 30 minutes. This device does not sanitize anything properly in 60 seconds. In addition, the device has four weak UV LEDs in the interior ceiling and a plastic mirror on the bottom, and the timer automatically stops after one minute. Along with the false advertising, the cube appears to have a charging port, but it is actually for emergency DC input (in case you run out of batteries). The batteries that come with it are a generic brand.
It was never stated in the product description that this was a chargeable item. If you want to carry it around with you, you have the option of plugging it in or using batteries. br>br>That being said, I bought this to sanitize my mouth guards and menstrual cups. When you plug it in, the red light turns on, indicating that you're ready to sanitize whatever fits. When you open the compartment and place the object inside, the light will begin to blink. During the sterilization process, the light will keep blinking. When it stops, the process is finished, and you can remove the object; it will turn itself off after a few minutes of inactivity, or you can simply unplug it. br>br>I only gave it four stars because some of the legitimate concerns are valid in my opinion. Because there is no on/off button, having to remove and reinsert the batteries on a regular basis will be inconvenient, especially since this is a pacifier. To make it truly portable, they should include a built-in rechargeable battery as well as an on/off button to extend the charge life.
Pay attention to the guidelines. 3 AA batteries are required for operation. It's very cute and simple to use once you realize it requires 3AA batteries. I was under the impression it was rechargable and that I had received a defective one until I read the instructions. br>br>Make sure you read the instructions. It's very easy to use, but if you're as stupid as I am, you'll want to read the instructions first. It's small and portable, which I really like.
When using the cable, it works fine, but when using batteries, it does not. The ready light is always solid red when powered by batteries. It blinks once when you click it, then returns to solid ready. I even tried the test strip to see if it would run, but it didn't.
Additionally, there is baby-related material. This is a fantastic product; I use it to store my mouth guard, which sits on my bathroom counter. I looked at a few products before deciding on this one, but knowing that it's from a reputable company made me feel better (we used Munchkin products for our daughter when she was younger and loved them) I've been reading a lot about UV technology in general with COVID, and I'll be looking at larger products as well, but this one was affordable and ideal for my needs. My mouth guard also seems to have a better odor, but that is probably subjective!.
When I tried to replace the batteries, the red light would not turn off. It was a complete waste of money. This product perplexed me so much that I became enraged.
I had it for a few days. It had a link to my diaper bag. The diaper bag tipped over, landed on the ground, and was never used again. I'd expect it to be more durable if it was intended for use with babies. It should not be broken by a single fall.
As a new mother in the midst of a pandemic, all I care about is my child's safety and health. Who knows if this product actually does what it claims to. br>br> If the pacifier falls, I will still wash it, but I did not want to spend $19. Just for the magic of a purple UV light to calm my mind, I spent $99 on this product. I'm not sure if there's a test to see if this product is truly sterilizing, but I wasn't going to spend any more money on it lol. br>br>To be honest, the concept is fantastic, but let's be honest. We don't require this item; however, I gave it five stars because the magic contraption works (the light turns on and off), but is it performing its function? Who knows what will happen. Do you require it? br>br> Is it simple to operate? Nobr> Yesbr>Are you looking for something that is portable? Yesbr>Does it have a rechargeable battery? No, it's a battery-operated or plug-in device.
