It's adorable, but it's a little smaller than I had anticipated. Only two cloth diapers can be stored in it. I'm going to buy another one in a larger size because the quality is excellent. br>br>***UPDATE**
I am extremely dissatisfied with this product, which has begun to leak through the PUL lining and soak the outside fabric. This wet bag was not inexpensive for its size, and I had heard great things about Planet Wise wet bags. I washed it according to the manufacturer's instructions and never dried it. I'm looking forward to hearing from the vendor. ***Update 2**
I finally reached out to the seller, and my only option is to return my wet bag and wait for them to send me a replacement once they receive it. I'm on my own when it comes to shipping. Don't bother calling Planet Wise's customer service number if you ever need to contact them. It's left on voicemail, and no one returns the call. Emails, on the other hand, are replied to. In any case, I'm let down. I've never heard anything bad about Planet Wise products, and I really wish I hadn't received one that was defective. br>br>***UPDATE 3**
They sent me a replacement bag, and it was even worse than the first. The stitching was all crooked, the tag was sewn on backwards, and the worst part was that it started leaking after only two washes. I wash cloth diapers according to the manufacturer's instructions. My replacement was most likely a factory error that they sent me to make me happy. They offered to send me another, but only if I returned this one at my own expense, so I gave up. These wet bags should be avoided at all costs. br>br>The Bum Genius wet bags are my official recommendation. They're the only ones who don't let any water in. You'll save yourself months of agony if you follow this advice.
Let me begin by saying that I recently purchased my third large and third small bag, for a total of six bags. These are my cloth diaper bags; the large one is for at home, and the small one is for when we go out and need to store dirty diapers. These bags are fantastic! I've never had a leak, and I have a variety of patterns and styles (lite) that I've been wearing nonstop for nearly six months. br>I've read a few reviews where people have complained about how difficult it is to wash these and how much water gets trapped inside them. The thing is, even though these are waterproof bags, water can get trapped inside them at times! For the record, none of my bags have ever gotten twisted in my top load washer because they were full of water. They may get less than a quarter cup of water in the inside on occasion, but I do two washes with an extra rinse each time to keep the water clear. No, I use these for dry storage of dirty diapers; I don't soak them in water, and I'm wondering if some of the reviewers tried wet storage or are rinsing out all of their diapers, which isn't necessary. br>Overall, I'm very pleased with this brand, their products, and the consistency with which I've received them. I highly recommend them, and I adore the fact that we will continue to use these bags long after my child is no longer in diapers.
These are fantastic. Put the diaper in and the smell is sealed in, then rinse it out and throw it in the wash if you have reusable diapers or if you have a poop blow out on the road. A car blowout is the same way. Any items that have been soiled by baby poop are thrown in the bag, a new outfit is put on, and the day continues. br>br>I always give these as baby shower gifts because most new parents who aren't using reusable diapers don't realize how useful they will be in the event of a major accident. This is my lifeline, and it's great for any parent because, unfortunately, a poop/pee blowout rarely occurs when you're in a convenient location in your child's life. br>br>I keep a diaper, small wipe pack, and spare clothes in this in my car, separate from my diaper bag, for emergencies, and I've used it countless times now that I've had three children.
This is an excellent diaper bag. I've now purchased two of them. When my son was small, I used the first one for wet diapers. We now use it for laundry, and I bought a second one because the first was so good. The first is holding up well, so I'm confident we'll be using it for laundry for a long time; we've also taken it on trips and camping, and we plan to use it on a variety of trips in the future. I ordered a large first and then reordered another large. It's a good size for washing clothes. I like the outside and inside material. br>br>The first one I bought was brown, and I intended to get it again, but there were none available. So, because my son enjoys foxes, I chose the "jewel woods" this time. It's absolutely stunning. When he's grown out of it, I'll use it. These are definitely worth checking out. I like that I can simply hang them on the door or around a chair, etc. They are well made and easy to use and clean. Simply wash and dry your clothes.
After my morning workout, I toss my gym clothes into this bag and place it in my duffel bag, which I keep in my car until I get home from work. This isn't the bag I'm looking for to keep the sweat and odors from my gym clothes contained while they sit in the Florida sun all day. This bag is damp on the outside from my sweaty gym clothes when I get home, and it still has some odor. I was expecting a lot from this bag, but I was disappointed.
We've used them for a variety of things, including dirty diapers, dirty laundry bags while traveling, and wet swimsuits, with no leaks. They're a good size, but the strap handle isn't very well made, which is my only complaint. We had a problem with the handle on both bags coming apart, but I was able to disassemble it and burn the ends of the nylon before reattaching it, and we haven't had any issues since. Even so, for the price, I shouldn't have had to.
It does the job and is very easy to clean with the diapers. We're bringing it with us because we've done our homework. Our LO daycare has folds. The reusable bag is very popular among the teachers. br>And, in case you're wondering how the medium stacks up against the large, here's a photo comparison. I believe the medium is too small for us, as she usually goes through three pairs of shoes. While at daycare, I used four cloth diapers.
