The following item is to be avoided. The following item is to be avoided. We bought this teether from Amazon because it had good reviews. However, we will never use it on our child. The teether we bought in December as a Christmas present for our baby has already lost two rubber bumps (see picture), after he barely has been able to hold it for a few days. A baby should never ingest substances such as this and we will never let our child use them Beware of this item.

There's nothing he loves more than this. His mouth can easily latch on to it because it is so easy to grab. There's just the right amount of texture and size in this design. I would only change one thing if I had to buy it again - I would get the bear ears instead of the cat's ears. It seems like the rounded form would be better than the pointed ones.
I can easily wash and microwave sterilize this when it gets dirty when he gets too dirty to handle it. Once again, Mushie has outdone himself!.
