Let's Count Soft Book - World of Eric Carle The Very Hungry Caterpillar Baby Teething Crinkle Book

The first time I bought this item, I thought it was totally a scam. I bought my "book" for $7, but it has only 3 pages total, plus the front and back covers. As a new mother, there are a lot of things to do that move into one another and life slowly keeps flowing. I was half-tempted to return the item, but promptly forgot about it. My little one became a little grabby with his hands when he turned three months old, and now he loves to hang out under his infant activity When he was a toddler, I started to rotate the toys hanging from the gym for variety. Then one day, I put this book on and he quickly became enamored of it. I've noticed how hard it is to tear the pages and how the crinkle sounds make him happy. This is the only toy he can play with for more than 20 minutes at a time. This is one of those things that keeps reminding me that I may not like a certain toy for whatever reason, it does not mean that my baby will not enjoy it. It's a shame you can't give it a high rating thanks to those wildly cheap polyester materials and that crappy clip. In any case, I'd recommend getting it if you're looking for a toy for an infant. I edited - Now that my 4 month old is strong enough to tear straight off the clip from the book, she has torn the fabric as well.

It goes to number 5, but it is extremely thin and fragile. I don't know how well it is going to hold up, after all, only 2 of the 4 pages contain tooth support. I think that you could get whole sets on here for a few more dollars. The reason I bought it was that I thought it would make a great Yet just the cover of the caterpillar relates to it. I am disappointed.

She is going through teething right now, so I bought this book on the eve of the she is so fascinated by putting her hands in her mouth, I wanted to find something playful and safe for her to do. Until this toy, she was the only child that was light enough to be able to handle it on her own by two months. Her interest in the crinkle pages caused her to hold and play with them more, which resulted in her being able to grasp things much better in She would flip back and forth between the pages, snuggling in her chair and just smiling at the sound of the pages. As well as being able to chew on it a bit, she can pull it into her mouth a bit. The squeaker still works great after a washing and it has no signs of wear from washing. I wash everything the moment it arrives, and this went in the washing machine with no problems. After air drying, it was ready to use. Her favorite part of the book is a little leaf on one of the pages, which she tries to chew on. It has some neat texture that a baby can feel on each page. All of the information in this book would be absolutely perfect for a young baby who is going through teething or learning to grasp.

The cover is one of the flaps, as well as the two inside A price of $7 seems high given what you are getting. However, it has a cute little caterpillar hidden in a leaf that lifts up to reveal itself. Moreover, the texture of the apple and pear is different. This book contains a squeaker on the back flap of the book as well as a teething corner on the front flap. As a 4-year-old, I bought this because I thought it would be a good gift The month of The crinkly pages, the teething corner, and the bright colors would be perfect for my older daughter, but she doesn't seem to care for them. Book, crinkly toys, and colors are all things she likes, but she does not like this for whatever reason. As we approach the 7 month mark, she still throws it almost as soon as she sees me holding it. If she's a few months older, she might like it more.

The mostly toothless rescue dog I care for does not care for toys, but she enjoys shredding A small rubber piece was fitted onto one of the corners, so she really liked it. The red ring was brittle plastic, and he was able to break pieces off. I had to remove it. We've been using it for several months now, and so far it works It was a hit with my grandkids as well!.

Luckily, my daughter has recently developed a love for books, and this is a great read. It may be a bit more expensive than other Caterpillar toys/books, but it matches a bunch of the other Very Hungry Caterpillar items we have so it's probably mostly the name you're paying for. great thing about this book is that it clips on her car seat and can go anywhere with her! If I were to guess, I would say it is about 50/50 whether she prefers this particular soft book to However, the crinkly pages really draw her attention, but she doesn't seem to know how to cope with the teething part and prefers to pick any other corner of the book to chew. One of the pages has a squeaker which is perhaps the most irritating part for me. There's no specific spot on the page where the material is sewn in, it's just tucked between the fabric layers. It seems to kind of float around the page due to this. Because it has such a huge size, it makes things a bit difficult. Could you please tell me what happened to the The thumbs up are in order. How does the squeaker work? I don't know. It is also kind of blended together with the colors of the book. This book uses colors on each page that match rather than contrast, unlike some of the Sassy books I bought where the colors are vibrant and contrast well. I really like this book, especially if you want to give your baby a love letter to The Very Hungry Caterpillar theme.

He loves it so much. The book has only three pages, but it provides the information that it is looking for. I believe this is the favorite toy of my baby.
