Hello, and thank you for your inquiry. The nose tip is only available in one size. br>On the other hand, the aspirator can be used perfectly without the nose tip being inserted into the child's nose. The money spent was not well spent

This item was purchased for my infant daughter who has special needs. I currently own the plug-in model and am very happy with it, so I assumed this one would be similar. Wrong! It doesn't have a lot of suction. It does not, in any way, fulfill its purpose. I would definitely shop around and read the reviews for the price. I saw a review of this on unable to suck and hold a kleenex, and it's spot on.

The quality of the replacement parts is poor

Don't you know what you're doing if the replacement parts don't fit together with the original device? It's difficult to use the device as intended because the parts don't fit together. I'm dissatisfied because I've been recommending this machine with original parts for over four years. Someone needs to do quality checks off the assembly line, because I'm very unhappy with these replacement parts. They're not as good as the ones that came in the box. Why spend money on a medical device when replacement parts are available?.

As seen. That's all I'd like to say about it. Only the filter should be sold, in my opinion. I bought a zound of stuff I didn't need just for the filter and (35 $ Canadian) for a filter, which is quite a lot! And because my son is autistic, this tool is extremely important to me, and I will most likely use it until I die! As a result, I'm in a state of captivity. Although it is not the seller's fault, I felt compelled to express my disappointment.
