Questions & Answers

What country did this product come from?

I can't seem to find that information on the packaging, which lists a number of countries. The main point of contact appears to be in the United States.

What is the best way to use the saline ampoule that comes with it?

While suctioning the other nostril, you squirt it up one nostril. Because most babies and toddlers dislike being swaddled, this is the best method.

Is this something a five-year-old would enjoy?

It could theoretically help anyone with a stuffy nose; The problem will be obtaining said 5-star rating. year- He's too old to sit still long enough for you to suck his boogers out. If you really want to do it, I'd recommend laying the child down, possibly burrito-wrapping them in a towel or sheet, and having someone assist you in holding them while you suction. Best of luck!

THANK YOU SO MUCH! Because I'm in such a good mood right now, this is the first review I've ever written
5/5

My child is suffering from illness. I tried using Frida's nose, but it didn't work. He uses a bulb syringe and comes up empty-handed. Even though his nose wasn't running and he wasn't having a lot more boogers than usual, I could tell there was something in his nose because I could hear it in his breathing. This thing got SO MUCH CRAP out of my baby's nose that I couldn't believe it. He doesn't have a mucusy tone to him at all. He is able to breathe while nursing. This is my love letter to the product's creators: )br>br>I keep my baby still by putting his head in the v of my legs and pinning his arms under my legs. Prior to suctioning, I use saline drops. He wasn't thrilled with the procedure, but he was happy afterwards and was able to go to bed without flailing his little arms toward his nose, which was bothering him.

It's more effective than Frida's Nose! I absolutely love this product; I've tried bulb suctions, Nose Frida, and electric suction, and this is by far the best for my toddler
5/5

br>br>I didn't need as much suction force to get it to work, which is great because I'm over 9 months pregnant and my breath control isn't what it used to be. I'd have to use so much force on Frida's nose that I'd start to feel light-headed. headed. I adore the fact that there is a one-stop shop for everything. It has a two-way valve that prevents you from blowing air back into your baby's nose, and it just feels like a solid, high-quality product, as opposed to the Nose Frida, which feels flimsy in comparison. It's also simple to clean, and you don't need to replace the filter every time you use it AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT COME IN CONTACT WITH MUCUS. br>br>Funnily enough, I only bought this product because my daughter was sick last night and her nose was running so bad, but I couldn't find our Nose Frida at home, so I went to Amazon to order it, but Amazon only had one- Shipping is available the next day. I noticed that the Naspira had the same- I ordered it as a temporary replacement and planned to order the Nose Frida for delivery the next day because I truly believe the Nose Frida is the best, especially since the Naspira is less expensive, so I expected it to work less well. Imagine my delight when it turned out to work even better! My daughter, on the other hand, was able to breathe for the first time in a long time and had a wonderful night's sleep as a result. I decided to cancel my Nose Frida order and instead order the Naspira extra filters. br>br>To cut a long story short, I strongly suggest this product over all others.

This is one you should purchase
5/5

You get the bulb as well as the sucker! Win win! I considered getting the nosefrieda, but we only use the bulb part, which is perfectly adequate. I believe I've only used the sucker once (she's now three) for a severely stuffed nose. I like that it's transparent so you can see what's coming out. I also appreciate how easily it disassembles for cleaning. I like how the tip is small and curved; it's easier to get into their nose this way. br>I have a friend who received the nosefrieda and wishes she had received this one as well. She claims that sucking the nosefrieda frequently makes her sick. This is the one that I hand out at baby showers.

Get out of here, snot! Make a name for yourself as a boogie hero
5/5

Our pediatrician advised us to get another popular brand of "snot sucker," but I couldn't justify spending nearly $20 on something I had previously promised myself I would never buy because the idea of suctioning my children's noses with my own mouth was too terrifying! However, now that my children are 2 and 4, it's still difficult to keep their noses clean, so when they were recently sick, I bought this as an add-on for less than $7 and it worked perfectly! While we laughed and joked about their "boogies" and how much came out, both kids actually let me use it on them! So, yes, it's disgusting, but you can see if something has been removed, and the child can see, too, that you can be the hero and get the "boogies" out with a little help from you!.

Suction is extremely difficult
3/5

This isn't even close to the nosefrida in my opinion. Suctioning was a challenge for me. The nosefrida is less difficult and does not require as much force. In comparison to the nosefrida, it is very well made, but it is much more difficult to use.
