In reality, the dispenser is wider than the syringe, in fact the narrowest part is 11mm while the widest is 22mm. On the picture the dispenser (the part supposed to be inserted into the bottle) appears narrower than the syringe. How does it serve any purpose? There is only one reason I need it, because my syringe is too wide and I cannot fit it into the bottle, but the dispenser part of it is completely useless because it is so wide.

I wish I could give it 0 Despite owning it for only a few weeks, you can already see the measurement ink in the syringe has smeared off! The loss of money is enormous since I cannot tell how much to spend on administration.

Trying to get the medication out of a glass bottle was impossible because the medicine is sticky and the syringe didn't fit in the bottle so I tried tipping it and transferred it to another container but the adapter enables you to just draw the liquid right from This device works perfectly with the 1mL syringes that come with the package, but works equally well with those smaller ones.

Although I had high hopes for this product, I cannot use it. The medicine bottle my wife uses is a large one, 500 ml in size. The distance is about 6 miles The tallest person in the room is 8 inches. As the opening of the bottle is too large, I was unable to insert the stopper until it had gone all the way in. A smaller bottle would probably work great with this, but for me it would not work.
