For my toddler, I do this once a week. It has made a significant difference in his bowel movements. It can give him the shakes at times, but only if he's been exposed to other fiber-rich foods. This, as well as my food It mostly just makes him go to the bathroom without making a fuss, but when we stopped using it, he became extremely constipated. We now only give him half of the recommended dosage and use it once a week.

For my baby, it's perfect. I've tried other Prune Concentrates and they've all worked for him, but this one makes him gassy, which I believe is due to the probiotics. I need to give it to him twice a day until he gets used to it, then once a day. I notice that if I miss a day, his bm becomes more difficult. This is a healthier alternative to miralax, which I must avoid because my son's health condition causes him to become dehydrated.

My son has a lot of stomach problems, and I've tried everything to help soften his stools and get him to use the restroom- Nothing worked: juice, corn syrup, prunes, applesauce, and so on.
