In the first place, I want to state that this works. My daughter has experienced wonders as a result of it. In the last couple of months, I don't know what happened, but the double box is LIGHTYEARS different from the box that I had. There are these little caps on the single box that can be used with the dropper to get the liquid out of the bottle. The double box does not have those caps. I am now having to retrain my child on how to use a little cup instead of a dropper. That was very disappointing. Additionally, if you try to use the dropper method when you get near the bottom of the bottle, you will end up spilling it all over. Having the neck insert removed from the double pack packaging is extremely irritating to me, so I find it totally unacceptable.

I was so happy to see this work! In the end, this product worked within 30 minutes without pain or straining. My 3 month old had not had a BM for 2 weeks and I was afraid to use any type of laxative product for him since I didn't want him to experience cramping or pain.
