Because everyone's bodies are different, yours may process it more slowly than Sally's or Jon's. For my toddler, we give it throughout the day for the first few days, and I'd like to say that by day 2 1/2, we've noticed that the symptoms have begun to fade, so we've stopped giving it. I've discovered that homeopathy works well for us. All you have to do now is give it a shot and see how it goes. Other things we do include using saline spray on a regular basis and suctioning the nose to help clear mucus, moisturize the airways, and prevent infection. It could work immediately or take up to three days to notice a difference, but we took a chance and now keep it on hand because it works.
Yes, I've used them before, and they're just as effective.

Natural medications for infants are scarce, so this is a fantastic product. All-natural medications are preferred by us. Coughing, gagging, sneezing, and snorting were all symptoms of our 5-month-old son's illness. This medication provided him with the relief he required in order to sleep through the night. It was the first time in his life that he had slept through the night. He had been awake for the previous five nights and had to be propped up so that the drainage did not suffocate him. He got a good night's sleep after taking this medication. This is a grateful mother!.
I use this stuff on one of my kids as soon as they start being snotty, and it WORKS. In fact, I was feeling a little under the weather this week and decided to try some for myself, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much better I felt. Every 4-weeks, I did as instructed. ish hours and I was almost 100% better within 24 hours . This is a household staple.
I read in another review that these gave people nightmares, but I didn't think much of it at the time. My 16-month-old woke up screaming in the middle of the night after taking a capsule and was unable to sleep. This isn't like her at all, and it's not like any other regression she's had. Because the coldcalm was the only thing different about her nighttime routine, I can only assume it was this that set her off.
This was purchased for my two-year-old, who has been sick for several weeks with a cold. Because his congestion is much worse at night, we've been sleeping in the recliner with him. I was sold after reading the reviews, which made it seem like a miracle product. I gave him his first dose yesterday afternoon, and he seemed to despise the taste, which I believe is similar to water, but he fights tooth and nail to avoid it. Anyway. I didn't notice any difference from the afternoon dose, so I gave it another shot before bedtime (6 p. m. ) (you can give up to 6 doses per day, but there's no guidance on how to do so). He actually let me put him to bed and slept for about four hours, which was the longest stretch we'd had in nearly a week. He awoke a few times during the night and snored loudly, but he slept. I also gave him a dose at 2 a. m. , and he didn't wake up until 7 a. m. It was definitely better than before, but I'm not sure if it was the medicine or just a coincidence. I'll give it another shot tonight in any case. br>br>Each dose is also packaged in a separate plastic tube, which is convenient but also appears to be a waste of plastic.
This makes him feel much better quickly whenever he has a cold and is bothered by his symptoms. I've spoken with other moms who say it works for some kids but not for others, so that's something to think about (for example, I've given my baby Camilia by the same brand for teething, but he doesn't seem to benefit from it). br>My only gripe is that the top piece that you break off to open the tube is quite small, and I frequently misplace it, fearing that my baby will swallow it and choke. However, I give it five stars for effectiveness.
I've been using it since she was three months old, when she first got a cold, and she's never been sick since. During flu season, I only give it to her once a day, and I give it to her twice if she has been around others who are sick.
A product that reduces RUNNY NOSES in a younger baby is extremely difficult to come by. Any products I found that claimed to help with runny noses were for older babies, and any products made for babies under the age of one year do not address this symptom. My son doesn't mind taking it because it's all natural and actually works. We also use the teething drops on a regular basis.
It works wonders for their symptoms, and since I began using Boiron products like this one, I haven't needed to purchase over-the-counter medications.
