It's not big enough to choke on, but it's small enough to choke on These are fantastic! Perfect for fine baby hair, but also looks cute while keeping her hair out of her eyes. br>She's getting to the point where if she realizes they're in her hair, she'll pull them out, but they're soft enough that they won't pull or break her hair. Only choking is something I'm concerned about. I don't leave her alone in her car seat or with them on. But they're fantastic! br>br> I would strongly suggest it.

Except for a tiny curl at the top of her head, my one-year-old granddaughter is bald! These have a great grip, and the clasps are lined so they won't tear out. Bows are the ideal size for kids of all ages! I'm amazed at how many colors there are!.
These barrettes caught my eye and I decided to buy them. They fell apart, not just one, but all of them, when I used them in my daughter's hair. The bows either fell off or the ribbon from the hairpiece unwrapped.
I'm not usually a fan of ribbon bows, but these are so cute! The alligator clip is smaller and flatter, allowing you to see the bow from the front rather than just the side, whereas other alligator clips are larger and only show the metal hardware. Also, and I'm not sure what it is about these that makes them different, but my daughter hasn't ripped them off like she does with every other clip! My purchase has exceeded my expectations.
That's exactly what these are for! She can, however, still pull them out (which isn't a defect in the product). They're small enough that she doesn't look like she's wearing a bow the size of her head, and they keep her hair out of her face. The colors are vibrant, and I appreciate that each color is represented by two pieces.

Instead of the "toothy" alligator hair clips, these are flat alligator clips, which I prefer. It comes in a wide range of colors, making it easy to coordinate with her outfits. I'd buy them again without a doubt.
