What is the problem? Isn't it supposed to be open already? There is no seal on the bubble wash, for example? Being able to see that the bottle didn't have a seal is a bit uncomfortable. ?
The bubble wash does not have a seal, but if you are looking for the shampoo version, there is a seal to keep the pump in place. I hope you find this helpful.

There is a bit of a marzipan smell to this. It is great for my sensitive skin, but I like the pear version better.
