You would have everything needed to install it in your car if this came with a car seat and a base. You can buy additional bases separately if you have multiple vehicles. This will make it easier for you to switch between them.
My understanding is that the maximum weight and height are 35 lbs and 32 inches respectively. The transition to a convertible car seat for my 6 month old son will begin soon, so that he will have a little more room. It is most likely that babies will attain the height limit before reaching the weight limit- they could get up to a year or so of use, depending on how fast they grow.
When you refer to the isofix base, you are referring to the UPPAbaby Mesa Base, so that is included.

THE CAR SEAT WAS INSTALLED TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF MY SCHEDULED DATE Section and we squeezed the base down onto the seat until it turned green - literally just a few seconds (I swear) - then the latches clicked into place and we pressed the center of the base into place until it turned green. A BEAUTIFUL SEAT IS ACTUALLY BEHIND IT. Even though it is made of cotton, the fabric is soft and cool to the touch. Before I write a review, I wanted to wait a few months so that I could have an honest opinion. The fabric has never caused me any issues. I even take everything out of the canopy and throw everything into the washer if necessary when I'm washing. In any case As we have nowhere to go, I lay everything out to air dry at night while it's still cool and windy outside. I also bought a second seat base for grandma's care since I bought this car seat. This is so convenient because we all have to do is click and unclick the car seat, which is super simple. Additionally, it is attachable to and detachable from the Cruz's frame with just one hand! The seat is very convenient when taking the baby out alone (PERFECT WHEN YOU HAVE TO TAAKE THE BABY ALONE). Our biggest love is its aesthetic, but we are most pleased with the fact that we got what we paid for. The car seat we own has been receiving a lot of compliments, and we recommend it to everyone we know.

The Mesa offered a number of safety features so they were of interest to us. charming car seat - the colors are beautiful, and it is made of very nice, soft fabric for the child. However, at first, getting the cover off to wash was a challenge for me. At least now I know how to do it, I should have an easier time next time. I loved how easy it was to install in both of my cars and we like how it shows green if the seats are level and correctly secured. We love how easy it is to clip in and out of the base and clip it straight onto our Cruz stroller in seconds. Whenever I put our baby in this seat, I feel that he will be comfortable and, most importantly, safe. The price was well worth it!.
I really like how soft it is, and how comfortable it is. We put it on my newborn and she no longer cries when it is on. This car seat seems to have a fresh and breathable fabric unlike many others. This is our favorite feature!.
It's a very light color and I expected it to be more grayish, but it's much lighter than I thought. This beautiful piece of clothing contains baby stains, which is concerning. A bit more darkness would have been nice. Apart from that, the car seat seems safer than a Nuna Pipa and has a smaller.
