Questions & Answers
Not sure if you're looking for an answer to a specific application question? It's best if you use it on a completely clean surface. You hold the can about 6-inches away from your face, as if it were a dry tire. Depress the button to release the aerosol spray 8 inches away from the tire and evenly coat the tire.
I'd wait about 30 minutes before applying the tire dressing. To avoid road sling, you could wipe away any excess dressing. You may not achieve a deep shine, but light coats may suffice. If you're only going to be here for a few hours. Allow for overnight setting of the dressing.
I wouldn't use any kind of tire shine on a bike. If it falls onto your tread, it puts you in a dangerous situation.
It has a brighter sheen and is more durable.

When I saw this, I thought to myself, "Well, this can't be bad, can it?" I mean. It's extreme shine! To me, it looks and feels exactly like Hot Shine, and it lasts about the same amount of time. I'm not sure, but they all seem the same to me. None of the sprays will be very long-lasting. In ideal conditions, maybe a week or two. So, rather than worrying about what will last the longest or look the best, I buy whatever is the cheapest, knowing that I'll have to re-polish to keep the shine. use on a consistent basis This isn't the most affordable option available. I decided to spend a little more to see if it was worthwhile, but there is no discernible difference. Now it's time to go tire shine shopping.
The only negative aspect is that it has a "chemical" odor to it. The gleam is fantastic, and it can last for weeks. Unfortunately, there isn't a trigger pump spray bottle available.
This is the way to go. last for a longer period of time! And that gleam is fantastic. increases the visibility of the rims.
Meguiars Hot Shine Tire Foam has more sheen than Meguiars Insane Shine, but I prefer the Hot Shine Tire Foam because it stays on the tire even after going through water, whereas Insane Shine loses its sheen during rain, whereas Hot Shine Tire Foam maintains sheen after rain. br>In addition, the Hot Shine Tire Foam cleans the tire by removing dirt prior to shining it.
I've experimented with a variety of tire shine products. I've decided that aerosol cans are preferable to squirt bottles, so I've been using regular aerosol Meguiars for a while and have been happy with it, but when I saw this NXT Generation Insane tire shine by them, I knew it couldn't possibly be bad. My assumptions proved to be incorrect. br>br> This tire shine looks great right away, but it didn't last a full day after application on a clean, dry tire, which was a bit disappointing given the price, and I won't be buying it again.
I've tried a few other brands, but this one lasts almost two weeks and has a decent shine; it dries quickly if applied to a cement driveway, but some spray shows up on the cement when it rains. When the cement dries, the spray marks are no longer visible.
I've been a long-time user of Meguiar's tire dressing, so when this new product was released, I decided to give it a shot. I only used it once before throwing it away! My car is white, and it was sprayed black on both sides while I was driving. Yes, I let it dry for several hours after applying it.
This past weekend, I drove a lot. My tires are still looking great as of Sunday night. They have a nice wet sheen to them, as if I just got out of the detailing shop. The scent of this product is also pleasant. I was expecting something filthy and greasy, but I was pleasantly surprised when a gust of wind blew a bunch of it into my face.
