What is the total number of tires and wheels that come with the package?

It comes with four tires and four wheels already installed. 16 black lug nuts are included as well.

Yes. Wheels and tires had been mounted on them when I received them. Excellent work!

I'd like to order the 20x11x9 rear tires, but I'm not sure how to do that. Is there another way to get there?

They might have some that work, but the bolt patterns on Honda and Yamaha are different.

I liked the rims and tire combination, but I didn't get any lug nuts despite the fact that the advertisement shows lug nuts

I would have preferred lug nuts that matched the rims.

No lugs, and the tires and rims did not come with lug nuts as shown, but they are very nice tires and rims
