My order was delivered many weeks before expected arrival date. I am very satisfied with my purchase. After contacting the seller, I received prompt service. The product was easy to assemble, and my son is now back on his bike. It has broken after one week of use. If you don't mind, I would appreciate it. Today while my son was riding, I noticed that the entire rear chain, axle, bearings, and sprocket had fallen off. I am very disappointed. I think safety should come first. The seller states the item can't be exchanged. I think it's a major defect in the factory.

There was only one bearing on the wheel when it arrived. It is not cool when you pay the most amount for an item because you need it right away and then when you receive it you have to take the old wheel's parts out and reinstall them on the new wheel. A WHEEL CANNOT BE USED IF IT IS NOT FIT FOR USE. Due to the old wheel's condition, I had to use it. This monster is not very good. As far as I can tell, you don't look at your stuff before sending it.
