The tire chains are of high quality. They were difficult to put on, and I had to let some air out of each tire to fully latch them. I then inflated the tires to their original pressures, and they have performed flawlessly since then.
It's a perfect fit for our John Deere ride-on mower. For the hills on our property, we'll need these chains. For uphill riding, good traction is essential.
The John Deere D170 is a perfect match. I'm still getting the hang of putting them on, but once they're on, they're very secure and help a lot with traction.
They're of decent quality for a reasonable price, and while they don't have any additional traction media welded on like some chains, I believe they'll suffice.
The product is well-made and simple to put together. Tip: Deflate the tires first, then install the chains, then re-inflate the tires for a snug fit. br>It's ideal for driving a lawn tractor up and down hills.
22x9 does not accommodate chains. 12 tire is exactly as described. Return shipping was paid for by the seller.
It was fairly simple to set up and complete the task. With my tractor's snow blade, I use them to plough with.
My JD D170 was perfectly fitted with these tire chains. For a better fit, I added the rubber chain tighteners. The fasteners performed admirably and were incredibly simple to install.
