I use the covers with tires of the same size and they work perfectly. They're a little large, but they've never had an issue with the wind (I live in a high-wind area).
My dual tires have a width of about 55 inches. It appears that the cover will be nearly 60 inches wide. Because of the tyre guard's curvature, it's difficult to tell, but at 55", there's plenty of room. I hope this information aids you in making your choice.
This model covers both tires, so you'll need two of them, one for each side; other models only cover one tire, so you'll need four in total.
My fifth wheel is equipped with Goodyear G614 tires. The tires are 30" in diameter and have a 3" gap between them. These covers fit perfectly over both tires and do not appear to be affected by strong winds. If you have a trailer setup similar to mine, I highly recommend them.

After debating whether or not the smaller size would fit, we decided on the larger size. Without much help from the product specifications, we picked the best version. (The product dimensions are 15 x 7 in the description. ) 3 x 4. 9 inches is simply incorrect. ) On a two-by-two basis, The total distance from the back of the rear wheel to the front edge of the front wheel is more important than wheel size for an axle trailer. This is about 66" on our trailer. The 30- to 32-year-olds inch cover is a good fit, not too tight that it's difficult to put on, and not too loose that it sags and falls off.
I ordered the small for the 27'to29' cover because I have dual axle 28" tires and a total length of 61". I went out today to try on the covers that had just arrived. Due to the tight fit and lack of room, I doubt they would fit on 29" tires with dual axles. I went with the easy setting; they come with a 3-year guarantee, so we'll see how long they last. Although the covers appear to be a little thin, they serve their purpose. For the price, it appears to be a very good deal. I'd buy them again if they lasted three years.
These were purchased to replace a set that had served us well for three seasons. The comfort is excellent, and the protection is exceptional. The UV rays in the south simply eat away at any vinyl, making it brittle and cracking. Because of these ADCO covers, I only have to replace them every fourth season, which I can live with. They help to prevent tire rot and extend the life of your tires, which is far more expensive than a set of these every four seasons.

Our travel trailer has smaller 27" tires, so we ordered the small size, and the covers were a little smaller than expected, fitting very tightly, but they work. The fabric and construction appear to be of good quality. In addition, bungees were ordered to secure the back of the cover so it wouldn't blow away in the wind. We've been pleased so far.
I didn't enjoy wallowing in the mud to put them on, but once I got them on and snug, they look great; I'm not sure how long they'll last, but we're happy with them so far.
For my boat trailer, I bought these. I had no problems with cracking tires after installing it. They were simple to put together, the sizing was accurate, and they have a long lifespan. This is my second set, and they're essential for keeping the tires from splitting and cracking due to the sun and weather. The money spent was well spent.
