The wire on this board is DCEN. As such, shielded flux cores are DC electrode negative, while gas shielded flux cores (dual shields) are DC electrode positive.
Flux is what it is- A welder that uses corded welding wire (gas less).
The edges are knurled
Since flux is at its core, it is a yes.

It does not matter if it is branded because it is My local source ran out of wire and my Amazon Prime membership was not available, so I turned to Amazon Prime. Hobart E71T-S is a wire from Hobart. As I didn't have any 11 discs with my machine, I ordered one since I was in a bind. The reason I switched brands is now crystal clear to me! A cloud of dust and smoke is rising! It was a lot easier to get the job done this way It appeared that some new wire had been ordered. I'm not sure if it is allowed, but I tried it! Compared to this, I used City wire for the first time and was very impressed. It costs nearly the same as this and you get two rolls for nearly the same price.
In my Northern tool MIG welder I have used a 2lb roll of Hobart flux core wire two times in a row. In both instances, I felt a bit let down. I have found the Lincoln brand as well as the cheap Vulcan brand sold by HF to be much better than any other I have tried. In case of extended welding, the Hobart wire splatters too much and smokes excessively, so it may present a visual problem. In addition, it doesn't penetrate quite as well as the other brands I mentioned and some kinks in the roll are a major hassle to deal with. It is quite cheap but for a name brand wire, I am not convinced. It's better to use the cheapy wire from HF or the Lincoln, both do a good job with less smoke, splatter, and heat.
It should have stated this was only for use with the handheld spool gun so that welders could easily handle it. Instead of a spool gun for using handheld, I wanted a bigger roll to use with my welding machine. I found out that I needed the 10 lb roll and not the 2 lb small roll I purchased yesterday. I guess I'll just keep the small roll for future use and order me the 10 lb.
The second of R19 The following is a list of weight quantities for pound 035" steel flux Wire for welding. This is for welding. I've found that my Hobart 140 Handler has been quite reliable when using flux core wire. In spite of the fact that it is a flux core welding rod, it makes decent looking welds. Under most circumstances, the weld spatter on mild steel plate isn't deemed excessive even when several passes are made. You should read this. It is made in the USA and you can buy it on Amazon for a 2-foot length for $5. 62 The price per pound was reasonable, so overall, I'm pleased with it and will buy it again in the future.
The Hobart 125 I have is nice and small. There was a lot of disruption to the feed as it continuously failed to work. found out about the grades of wire, I threw away my generic and purchased this one instead. I have no further issues with the welder at all!.
We are going to take a look at the Forney wire which worked excellently.

In addition, I have not been disappointed after all. This brand doesn't splatter as much as other brands do, and I'll probably buy it ahead of time all the time, just have to remember to stock up before I.
