It is difficult to say much. There were no damages on the unit. Installation of the legs is simple. Blue is a color I like as well. The instructions were followed. As soon as I saw this product on Amazon, I immediately ordered a good pump that could deal with genuine The junk in the water is not what matters. Good parts washer fluid will not be handled by the pump that came with it. The purpose of the purchase was clear to me. Using the TSC PSC1000 parts fluid, I found that it works very well for a great price.
As soon as I open the box, I will know, but I am working with the manufacturer, and I'm certain something can be sorted out. It will be a pleasure to receive pictures from.
I really like this tank, it does great work! Despite the damaged box and the torn opening of the contents, the box appeared to be in good condition.
