Questions & Answers
This isn't a charger I'd recommend for reviving a dead battery because it's only a trickle charger. It will charge slowly and automatically maintain a charge for you. It's designed to work with 12V batteries exclusively.
The four-station Battery Tender comes with four cords (5 feet, I believe) with positive and negative alligator clips, as well as four cords for bolting to a battery for maintenance charging. There are also four built-in 5-foot extension cords on the station. I bought a second long extension cord to reach one of my motorcycles, which I keep a long way from the charger. After a year of use, it has proven to be an excellent investment, as my single-cord Battery Tender simply did not provide me with enough flexibility to work on all of my vehicles.
It'll happen, I'm confident. For my toy hauler, I keep two batteries on hand as a backup. I connect them after I've used them, and they're fully charged by the next day. They are my favorite. I've got two pairs and a few singles.
Each cable is approximately 6 1/2 feet long, resulting in a 13-foot width. I hope this has been of assistance.

This charger was purchased two years and two months ago. The warranty is for two years. One of the two charging banks has gone kablooey and will not charge any longer. Both of the bank's indicator lights flash at the same time (green, indicating that it is open). 80% charged and yellow warning me that there is a connection problem). The battery on the motorcycle connected to it had depleted to the point where it wouldn't start. Although $90 for two chargers (one charger with two banks) isn't bad, I've learned my lesson and will now purchase two separate chargers for $45 each with a 10-year warranty rather than this piece of junk with a 2-year warranty.
br>I've got two of them. One year later, one is still employed, while the other is no longer employed. In Florida, customer service is rude and hostile. They probably get a lot of these back because they get a lot of them. These are'repaired' rather than replaced. So I'll have to ship it back on my own dime, and they'll get it back to me in about a week. br>br>I also have a one-charge system that works great - Because the manufacturer knows these are garbage, it comes with a ten-year warranty - Purchasing two separate solid state units is both less expensive and more beneficial.
My four-bank Battery Tender worked perfectly on two of my vehicles and completely destroyed the other two, one of which had a brand-new battery. The only reason I bought this piece of garbage was to avoid having to re-set all of the electronics in my 2005 and 2006 GTOs after disconnecting the batteries. Now I have to recharge the batteries and reinstall the software. This is a product that I would not recommend to a friend. UPDATE: Despite the fact that two of the four banks showed that they were charging and that my dome lights worked, they were not able to keep up with the charge to start the other two cars. I had to jumpstart both my 1972 Cutlass and my 1971 Skylark. Garbage. I'll remove the batteries for storage again next winter.
This is something I recently purchased and installed in my trailer, which houses my two motorcycles. I can leave them plugged in over the winter and not have to worry about starting and running them to keep the batteries charged until spring, and the mounting system is great for easy access and storage. My purchase has made me extremely happy. It's also nice to see the various indicator lights for the various motorcycles. The charger came with two quick connect units that go on the bike's batteries and stay out of the way until you need them, as well as two sets of alligator style adapters that can be used on any type of battery. br>br>Excuse the trailer's mess, but the photos should give you an idea of the charger's size. I hope this has been of assistance.
br>Unfortunately, the product did not last a year, and it failed on me. br>br>And the product stated that it had a two-year warranty. br>br>Is there a replacement or a refund available? br>br>* Edit
br>I was contacted by customer service for warranty claimsbr>br>And they asked me to send the itembr>br>And I did sentbr>br>They sent me a brand new one out of the box with cables and power supplybr>Excellent service I must say without questions askedbr> br>br>For this, I am awarding them a perfect score.
Deltran makes some of the best charging and battery-maintenance devices on the market. Having said that, they have the best solution for my two HHRs that require battery charging. I retired on March 1st, and despite having purchased a 2009 HHR SS before retiring, I decided to keep my wife's 2011 HHR LT. Well, to cut a long story short, I lost my wife shortly after New Year's this year and had planned on retiring. However, with two HHRs and more time at home, they don't get enough driving to keep the batteries charged. With all of the automation features, the newer vehicles draw a lot of power from the batteries, so I had to quickly solve this problem. Deltran was the one who had it. When I plan a trip out, I make sure both vehicles are fully charged, and they stay that way once I get home and reconnect. The issue has been resolved!.
This product lasted less than a year, and it appears that I wasted my money on it. I'm not sure how to return it, but I'd like to contact the seller and request a warranty. However, this is not working at the moment and is a complete waste of money.
This product was purchased to keep multiple car batteries charged when they were not in use, and it worked flawlessly for three years until one of the banks failed. The failed bank could have failed much earlier, but I didn't notice and assumed my battery had died, so I went out and bought a new one. While plugged into bank number 4, the new battery was quickly depleted. I thought a battery had gone bad again, so while it was still under warranty, I returned it and had it recharged and tested, and it passed. So it happened again on the same bank, and this time I noticed the amber and green lights on the bank in question blinking alternately, despite the fact that it was not connected to a battery. When nothing is connected to any bank, the amber light is solid, indicating that everything is working properly. As a result, I was able to confirm that the bank is a bad one. This is extremely disappointing because this was not a cheap product, and it only lasted three years, making it completely unreliable. Furthermore, the cost of replacing a battery that may or may not have been defective in the first place is extremely demoralizing. I would not recommend this product and would suggest comparing it to other similar products that are more reliable.
