Buy this with a bit of thought

They taped it up very badly, but it was wet and deteriorated. Fed X had beaten it up and the shipping box had been moist. Almost all of the paint covering the protective layer of steel has No instructions were provided, nor was there any information on warranties. The product and service I received from this company were by far the worst I've ever encountered.

A very poor packing job was done. I was given a parts list but no instructions on how to install. It is nearly impossible to find instructions on the web. I was unable to find a phone number to call or ask a question on the internet. Getting an idea how to install it might have been possible thanks to previous posts. It did not impress me.

It was a good price, but I had to reorder There was welding on the base and the jib, it looked like factory reject that was sold rather than scrapped

Fortunately, the lock pins can be replaced with bolts, which are easy to install. The installation of this unit onto the truck was very straightforward. As stated, it works as described but not tall enough to swing over the bed. I added an extension pipe to make it taller. For the price, it is a decent project to complete. It lifts as advertised and comes with fast shipping, so if you have a welder and are handy, it is a good buy.

There are tape remnants all over the box that I suspect split open during transit, and the jack handle is missing from the box
