Fitted my old Hi-Tec but not my new one Taking a lift. I was unable to fit the bar through the opening. It took all his resolve not to stretch the "High Density Polyurethane. ". The temptation was great to hammer it on but it would have broken or been impossible to get off. It was impossible to use the handle if the handle tube was larger than the handle opening because the polyurethane would rattle. Possibly older jack bars were smaller and easier to operate The handle was held in one hand.
You seem to be able to place it where you wish once it is installed. Also, as stated by others, the handle hole on the "Handle Isolator" is too large to fit a real Hi-Fidelity handle The lifting handle is located on the jack. I bought it anyways because I had an idea for a soft handle, and I knew there would be plenty of extra room in the isolator to make it. They are some that I have. Neoprene sheet cut into a 12-inch strip, 12" in length and wide enough to wrap around the handle. Neoprene sheet cut into 100" thick sheet left over from another job. For the neoprene finish, I cut a piece of fishing rod heat shrink, sized 14" long (link below). Despite the time and effort required, the tube was shrunk so that the handle now fits much better inside the handle isolation unit. We'll have to see if it holds up over time. - br -.
The jack base arrived intact. It was placed on semi-frozen ground, then the jack was firmly placed on top of it. Installed a jack, changed the tire, lowered the truck, and removed the jack before picking up the There was a slight amount of mud, but it was still intact and There was no damage to the bottom of the high lift jack. It will be necessary to review its performance in the spring, summer, and fall to be sure of its performance at all stages. Could you possibly include the night and the day as well? Do you know the state as well? Which is yours? Where is it? Added value even as it worked as well as.
This is an awesome sturdy item that holds the handle in place very well and goes on very snug to protect the handle. I recommend it to anyone who owns Handyman Jacks.
Working well and doing the job I asked of it, this item works well for me. Initially, I thought it would be hard rubber, but it is actually plastic. I use it every day and I love it.
It works great except it doesn't look perfect. The placement of the pictures was a little off, but the job was still done.
Is as effective as it should be, and does not cost 20 dollars or more There are others out there that are 30 bucks.
