It's been a good week for me. I've used it for about 5 months on the side of my ute. The handle rattles a bit because it's at the bottom of the jack, but the handle keeper is intact.
A new one would not be worth the money. Following my own broken piece I found some other poor reviews describing the same breaking Rather than getting a Daystar, I bought a Daystar. Many of those products I purchased from Daystar are very high quality, and I am very happy with them.
A Hi-Res camera was purchased by me The Lift All Cast comes with the smaller top part. I keep it bolted on so that it is pointed straight up. The keeper slides on and off without the top being removed. This may be because the type of top found on the Extreme Jack does not seem to provide the same level of
As it turns out, the package contains eight of them. The weight of the bar is 0 oz

This was purchased so that the handle could be secured tightly in place when it is not used. I installed it today (when I actually had time to do.
It's been a while since I last updated my page Mounted on the hood of my Jeep is a lift jack. Handle keeper that was attached to the handle split in two. Exactly how this happened is a mystery to me. In this case, there was no stress on the keeper, as the Jeep is parked in my garage whenever it is not in use (which is quite often, as I drive a company vehicle every day). As far as I was concerned, this piece would last for a longer period of time.
It's so easy for these things to break, as many others have now noted. My mind broke after I tried flexing one of the halves that were intact. Rubber that is about an inch thick is considered to It was easy to cause it to crack by physically stressing it, and then it spread when it was The alternative is for me to buy a new one rather than make one myself.
I think it must have been coming from strong vibrations when going over bumps and such. Not only that, but I don't even do the type of extreme off-roading that a normal Jeep owner should do.
Disintegration is a given. Prepare for it. It's great to hear from you You need a lift jack. The handle keeper I bought in May 2015 is working great. There is no reason for them to sell this handle- When the product will not last longer than a few months, it is not a keeper. This is the only way I could secure the handle of my lift to my hood since the lift is mounted to it. As a result of the first breakdown, the inside tabs on the 'cross' portion of the keeper (not the handle rod) broke off, leaving the handle sagging. When the whole handle began to sag, the weight eventually made it unsteady There was a split in one side of the keeper, which rendered it incapable of holding anything else. The vehicle is parked outside and driven every day. I lasted 4 days I have been working on it for five It would be less of a problem if the fee were $5.
I used the hi-lift jack on my wife's Jeep to split the tire. A highway driver was able to drive it for fewer than 24 hours before it split in half. Sadly, I waited longer than the 30 day return window before I installed it, so I just lost my It appears that the black one that I purchased has split in half, and there seem to be other reviews which show the same thing. I need to find another solution or maybe try trying the red one instead.
When I took it off the Jeep for the summer, I found it to be broken in half. I have had it for a little more than a year, but it was rattling quite a bit. My rattle must have been broken for awhile as I have had it for a long time. It doesn't bear any weight, so I am not sure why it would break like that? Despite the fact they are expensive, I do not want to replace the product because it was not durable enough. Wiring the jack handle to the bar will be easier since I'm just throwing this away.
Produced by the same people as the Jack, this piece is simple and simple to assemble. If it was supposed to work and fit as promised, you'd hope for that. The answer is yes. The very high number of negative reviews I'm seeing on Amazon give me the impression we should consider buying directly from Hi Lift in this situation, because that's what I'm finding as often occurs. Putting mine on today was literally the last thing I did. If I need a new one, I can get it from Hi Lift, and even if I do need one, I have doubts they will keep making inferior products over and over again. The best jack is made by them, everyone knows that.
