BMW jack pads are the perfect match! My e90 and E90X use these perfectly and fit into the jack pads without any problems This model is similar to the F30 Using the metal jack stands from Esco without the rubber black pads is my preferred method

The jack pad adapters need to be placed on the jack stand, the car is raised and then the adapters are positioned on the jack pad. Using your floor jack, you slowly lower the car onto the jack stand. The jack pads of the vehicle won't become torn up and the job is easier. All of these adapters are made from metal and are high quality. My life was on the line (literally) when I used four jack stands to do transmission service. This is a great product!.
