It works as described, but not as expected

It is very easy to change a tire with this electric car floor jack and electric lug wrench. However, it is not recommended to use the cigarette lighter since it will burn a fuse every time it is used. When using a vehicle's battery, I find it better to use a battery clamp.

The customer service was excellent and I used it to swap out my tires without any issues. Glad to hear that. Taking off the tires is a breeze with this product. The exercise did not even raise my blood pressure. I would definitely recommend this book. Having said that, I intend to purchase a kit for my other vehicle as well.

As the product arrived, it appeared that this was a return from a previous customer that was just re-shipped Please find below the email we received. An unscrewed/opened casing of the jack allowed parts of the jack to fall out of it. Since we didn't get a chance to even see what the device did without rebuilding the internal components, we never even got a chance to use it. A new car jack will be found after we return.
