Questions & Answers
Yes, I've done it before.
It might be possible, but it'd have to be secured to the wall. It would fall over if it stood on its end. Furthermore, at least two people would be required. 3 people to pick it up and place it on end; you may also need to find a way to secure it, such as a strap around the unit to keep it from opening. br>It could be done, but I'm not sure it's worth it.
The sides are held together by four support pipes and locking pins. It should be simple to get rid of it. There is no need for any additional equipment.
Yes, a 1700-pound load was tested on the lift table with side extensions.

Keep in mind that when this is dropped, it is quite tall, so you won't be able to drive over it with a car parked in the garage. It's enormous! There was no damage during shipping, and the fit is perfect. They should have used better bolts and washers, in my opinion. You have the option to upgrade if you so desire. The only issue I have is that the pedal is inexpensive, and it rises quickly if you don't keep an eye on it. It also takes some time to drop. With the pedal, they went for the cheapest option. Before you strap a bike to it, play around with it without anything on it to get a feel for how it works. When you let the air out of the pedal, it leaves hydro fluid on the floor as well. It's possible that I'm suffering from a bad case of the flu. I'll send them an email to inquire about this. I haven't had that experience with any of the other lifts I've used, so I believe mine is defective. It has a STRONG CONSTRUCTION! This will make toy maintenance much easier. They only cut corners in a couple of places.
I've been using this lift for a couple of weeks now. It's made of heavy steel and is extremely durable; it easily lifts my heaviest bike, which weighs around 600 pounds. br>br>I compared this to a Handy brand lift and decided to go with this lift after reading other reviews. My friend has a Handy lift (which is twice the price), so that's what I'm comparing it to. My four-star rating is based on the assumption that Handy is the gold standard and would be a five-star product. br>br>This lift is well-made, with a few minor flaws that can be easily remedied. The wheel clamping mechanism, as mentioned in another review, is not precisely manufactured. I had to "shim" it a little with two washers to get it to clamp correctly. It only took ten minutes and isn't causing any problems. It has the potential to improve. In either case, it's something to keep in mind. br>br>Other reviews have stated that the included hardware is of poor quality, but this was not my experience. The hardware that came with my lift was actually quite nice. There's no problem with that. br>br>While some of the welds could be prettier, they are all strong welds, so there is no reason to complain. Others have mentioned the welds, and I agree, but from a structural standpoint, it's fine for a garage lift. It's not furniture. br>br>Both the lifting mechanism and the pneumatic cylinder are of excellent quality and are extremely durable; this machine works without breaking a sweat. It appears to be durable. br>br>I had a few questions, and Frank and his technician were quick to respond and offer support. They back up their product. br>br>I was able to un-install it. crate and install my lift on my own, despite the fact that it was difficult. I'd suggest enlisting the assistance of a friend. For one person, it is cumbersome and inconvenient. br>br>As others have stated, you are getting a good product at this price point that performs well and appears to last a long time, and the company will support you with any questions or concerns you may have. Don't hesitate to buy.
It looks amazing and functions perfectly. With ease, it lifts my 2017 Road King special! Strong as nails. There was no swaying at all. It included side extensions, which were exactly what I needed. It is, however, extremely slick. There was nothing that a little non-skid tape couldn't fix. You won't beet it at this price. Because I already had one, I did not use the jack. It's incredibly easy to put together. It comes highly recommended!.
This lift is putting in a lot of effort, and I'm really enjoying it It's very nice, and I've wanted one for a long time and now have one. I'm concerned about two things: the lack of a detent on the foot pedal, and the lack of a detent on the foot pedal. So, if you're going to put your bike on it, unplug the air hose first. My bike was partially on when I noticed the lift slowly raising. Which brings me to my next point of contention. I own two Harley-Davidsons: a 2008 Road King and a 2009 Ultra Classic. Both stocks are suspended. Neither of them will be able to make it to the top of the ramp. They build a long approach ramp for the aircraft. What the hell is going on here? If my Harleys don't make it through, I'm going to have to take a different route. The longer ramps will cost an extra couple hundred dollars. What should I do with the other ramps, and why did it take almost a month to get the lift in the first place? I'm not saying I dislike the lift; on the contrary, I enjoy it. Just make sure to request the longer approach ramp when ordering. I have a $1200 lift table and, for the time being, I've had to cobble together pieces of plywood to get my bikes on and off.
I've only recently received this and am in the process of setting it up. I used to have one of those cheap-looking cheep-looking cheep-looking cheep- o Lifts with a hydraulic foot foot pump purchased at a discount tool store. This one is so smooth to use that it feels like you're in another world. With half the maximum air pressure, it snatched up that Triumph. If it hadn't appeared that it had a difficult time getting here, I would have given it a five-star rating. There are numerous scratches and dents on the vehicle. The back tire drop out panel had been bent when it was delivered. Thankfully, I have a fully equipped garage in which I can straighten it out.
I've been pleased with this item since it arrived on the truck. Working on my Victory Vision has become a lot easier as a result of it. All of my biker friends now look up to me. They all seem to have a reason to come over and look at it on their motorcycles. The wheel dolly is the only problem I'm having. Despite the fact that it did not come with the lift, I purchased it for it, and I believe that better engineering could have been used. The lift itself is fantastic, and I have no complaints because it performs exactly as it should. The wheel dolly is not something you should purchase. It is ineffective. It is not something I would advise you to purchase. If I had the box, I'd try to return it. Because it was specifically designed for this lift, I assumed it would work. It sucks. Get a $10 furniture dolly and place it on top of it. That's a piece of cake to implement. For the money, the lift is made of steel.
