It has been an unimpressive experience so far. The wiring from the electric motor to the control box is shown cut. There is no help to be found in the schematic within the manual. There has been a lack of customer service so far.

This is a good quality, heavy duty product. As a result, I bought a low-profile little floor jack for maneuvering it. When trying to move it with a control dolly, I am not able to budge my 160lbs leverage wise. After receiving transmission service, my back has not stopped thanking me. It is so much easier to work on cars now. Choosing the nearest freight terminal if you do not have a loading dock for delivery will be your best option. By that method, it took me less than two weeks to receive mine.
