The massive jack can lift a great deal of weight
3/5

There is a lot of weight and bulk on this jack. The 24" lift on this jack is ideal for those who have the room for it and need the lift. However, the maximum lift I could find on a wooden lift was 19 inches, and that's why I didn't go with an aluminum jack. My car can be put on blocks using this jack, and I can work on an SUV, so I decided it was worth the investment.

It is because of the sheer size of this jack that you get such a large lift. Due to its weight, it's too big to hang, so it must be placed on the floor. It is held in place by a set screw, but I wish it had a quick-release mechanism so that I could remove it more easily to slide the jack under my chest. I also hate having to lift this jack over a 4" step in my garage due to its These objections are all compromises that come with a massive jack like this. The handle needs to be sanded down to make the handle turn smoothly, so I'm taking off a star. *UPDATE* Even after I sanded most of the paint off and greased the handle, it still doesn't turn smoothly. As a result, I am thinking of welding on some handles to make lifting the end of the jack easier. The problem makes it difficult for the jack to be lowered smoothly because of this flaw. As soon as you turn the handle, your car will slam to the ground or worse, onto jack stands, due to the amount of torque you put on the handle. The same is fine when it comes to a $50 jack, but not for $250!.

Nice jack
5/5

I ordered a second one because I liked this one so much. I noticed two minor issues On one of the valves, the handle would not move freely from open to closed. I looked at the paint and realized that it was the problem, so I quickly laid it on my bench and rolled it while sanding the paint off with my angle grinder's sanding pad. As you can see, the pictures show the scratched problematic paint and the polished final result. This completely solved the problem. Now, I noticed that there was a missing bolt at the base of the dowel jack on the other end. Here I can tell you what I learned from my other jack M12x1 is the bolt size. It is approximately a foot long under the head. There is a thread length of around 500" and a diameter of The 360-degree circle. This means that the tip has a length of A 260" screen. The following pictures show the missing Sunex bolt (silver) and one I grabbed from my scrapped pile (black) and turned in my lathe to replace it.

Don't waste your time shopping around
5/5

The one you've been waiting for! It does not matter whether you are a mechanic or a weekend warrior a good floor jack will help you work on your vehicle in the air. The vehicle needs to be elevated if you want to perform an oil change, replace the brakes, or do any type of suspension work. I have used many different floor jacks as I spend nearly every day in the garage, but I think I found the perfect one based on the amount of years I've put into the garage. It would be helpful if you had a supercomputer It won't matter if it's a low sports car or a large SUV, the floor jack will handle it. Buy yourself one of these if you are in the market for a new floor jack to replace your old one, or if you are looking to buy your first floor jack. We can assure you that you will not be disappointed with This is one of the pros, the only con being that it is heavy. The steel frame of this machine helps it be very sturdy. However, if you're not taking it anywhere and you'll be pulling it on the ground, you should not worry about it being too heavy.

That's a nice jack
5/5

It's very well built. Despite being made in China, it does not look or feel cheap at all. Details of this can be found in its design. For instance, the handle's set screw has a large diameter thread and its end has been turned. What you need to know - A solid steel button is used on the handle to disconnect the handle from the battery. While it does not affect functionality in the least, the paint is smooth, no drips or runs, no sharp edges, and the stamping is good. I saw no signs of damage in any of the welds. We do not have the same one that is sold by the store with initials H, but it looks identical. With that one, I've already experienced it for myself and I can tell you The odor of cheap tools is not present (I know the smell does not matter but you know how Everything at H. R. Has a smell. Considering the size and weight, I feel that this is not a heavy jack. In fact, it seems about as heavy as most steel jacks of similar size. In the box I opened and lifted it out (on a pallet when it arrived). The way you're used to it probably has a lot to do with it. The cart can be easily rolled even on the partial slope of my driveway (5 degrees). I don't get hung up as often with this jack as I do with If you buy a low jack like this, you should be installing it on a flat, clean, smooth surface of concrete. The jack sits low on the floor, and it will drag on concrete boundaries, etc. There is a minimum height of 2, as listed. It measures 75 inches from the top of the pad to the bottom. There is a height of under 2 inches. There is a 75mm height for 9 inches away from the center of the pad, and then a 3 inch height at the "neck" which is 16 inches away. The pad measures 18" from the edge of the pad to the top of the neck, and even though there is steel under the lip of the pad, I don't think I could lift a car with it. Therefore, I would say that the real throw of this jack is 16", and It takes only about one or two movements to lift the handle, depending on your grip. You can still use it if you're in a tight spot because it's only 2 inches wide. This handle has a total length of 51 inches. With the extension, there is a 5 inch drop from floor to extension, and a 30 inch drop does not spring forward or back after pumping, so it remains in the same position after pumping. Pump goes to level 6 on first lift. The first pump should be 5", the second pump should be The third pump will be at There is a height limit of 24 inches. 25" in length. About 10 percent of the linear offset comes from the offset. When fully extended, it is about 5 inches tall.
