Questions & Answers

Are there any jacks that can handle this amount of weight? Are they made in the USA as well?

Having just purchased my Blackhawk B6350 3 months ago, I have a sticker that states that it is made in the USA. That means whatever it means to you. Here's a great sticker - maybe it

Is this able to fit under a low profile car, such as ?

There's no way that will happen. The box is a little too tall by an inch or two. However, it is a very good jack regardless of the flaws. It is used on one of my other vehicles.

Can it lift a high amount of weight?

The size range is 5" to 22" high.

Hey there, do you think this adapter will fit my new XtremepowerUS 1/2 Ton Transmission Hydraulic Floor Jack Adapter with an 11/4-inch hole? Thanks so much. ?

Considering the hole in this jack only measures 1 1/8", I would say no.

I have used it a few days and it works fine
4/5

There are a few important things to note. The jack has been working well for a few days now, but here are a couple of things you should know. First of all, Whether you're rolling around the cart on a concrete driveway, or a garage floor, there should be no problem. A jack like this may not be appropriate if you'll be picking it up and carrying it around all day long. I know you don't have to be in great shape to weigh 85 pounds, but it's still considerable. Second, the instructions leave a lot to be desired. A lot of floor jacks are unfamiliar to me. Tips on how to be a smarter shopper The letter A. In the underside of the handle fork (the part into which the handle slides), there is a 9/16" bolt. That bolt is connected to a rod I presume that is meant to hold the handle fork in place while in Care must be taken to remove it You'll be able to rip the bolt, its lock washer, and the rod from the rod when you release I.
I. B. The handle fork must be inserted into the handle fork, then the bolt must be tightened. When I added the lock washer to it, it was a little short, so I discarded it. It is held in place by a bolt that sits in a groove on the end of the handle. It is important to note that when the handle is not in use, it will be fully upright. B. *B. A pair of allen screws with lock washers holds the handle together it is made up of two pieces. It fits with an allen wrench of 5/32 inch diameter. The letter D. You must expel any pressurized air before you use it for the first time and you need to check the oil level before using it. It is necessary to remove the oil filler plug as part of this process. It's described as being near the hydraulic reservoir in the instructions. You must remove the small tray that is positioned in front of the handle fork in order to find it. A red rubber plug fits into the jack, and it is painted the same color. It can be removed easily with your fingernail or a flat blade screwdriver, and any small paint chips can be cleaned away. Follow these instructions if you do not want them to get in your oil. You may have to be careful when reinserting the plug. This was the range that I measured. It is from 5 to 10 The range is from 1-1/4" to 19-1/2" A 1/8" square. Here is a link that may be helpful.

After 1 1/2 days of use, I only happen to have one problem
4/5

This heavy duty jack is the best I have ever used in my tire shop and the guys love it after half a day. The handle can be pulled. Jack and handle must be moved to allow it to be lowered. Amazon provided me with a return label as soon as I called. Here's how to make it better. Often, cheap phone cases break within a few months, and if this breaks I won't be buying anymore, but it's extremely well made. The system is reliable and works Getting cars and trucks off the ground. During the summer, my husband told me the jack could be rewelded, but I do not feel like I should have I will post it as soon as I receive the new one!.

A solid jack for those of us who work in the driveway mechanic trade
3/5

This is a solid jack for us "driveway mechanics" and its price is too good to refuse, however, mine came with a nasty white gunk on the handle that won't come off no matter how much cleaning I do It seems most likely that the coating chemical ate away at the styrofoam it was packaged in and caused it to adhere The manufacturer may send me another handle if they wish and I will edit my review accordingly.

My 07 Toyota Tundra lifted up perfectly with the exception of the shoddy weld
3/5

I hadn't lifted it out of its box yet, but now it's broken in. It snapped off within three pumps because there was a broken weld near the bottom of the handle. To get it welded, I had to have It should not be defective right after it leaves the factory.

The performance was very poor
3/5

I used this jack to lift a 2012 Honda Civic for the first time. Car that is not too heavy. As soon as the side was lifted at an angle, it worked, and then everything was fine. As I was working, I used it to hold the 6 speed trans in place, and it would bleed off and have to be jacked up constantly. The handle was fully angled to the right in order to enable proper usage, and I thought I had it entirely turned to the right. The majority of my time has been spent doing auto repair. I have a history of running auto repair After working all day, I went to raise the lift on the jack stands, but after it got 2/3 up, it started acting like it had bypassed some valving and would not go up anymore unless I pushed hard on it to give it pressure. In fact, I left it there while removing the jack stands and it bled again. Only once in the two months I had the jack did I use it.

I really like this jack
5/5

It feels well made and does a great job. To replace an AC Delco jack that I was using sparingly, this jack was purchased. I am very satisfied with this Blackhawk jack. It is very durable, and the lift height fits my 1999 Sebring which rides really low on the ground, so I would have no clearance to do As far as I know, I haven't experienced any problems with the jack giving out while lifting, but it isn't designed to hold constant loads. You need to raise your vehicle as high as safely possible and then jack stand it to preserve your safety. A minute of extra work could make a big difference to your livelihood!.

A mixed bag of emotions
4/5

It has been a short time since I received the truck jack and I only jacked it up once to test it, so I will write this review based on my initial First of all, I have to constantly remind myself that I only paid $125 for this service. If it does not break, it is worth the money as long as it does not get damaged. In first place, I like the fact that this jack is very heavy, since I always think heavy means solid when it comes to jacks! It is smooth to roll the wheels on the garage floor since they are wide. One thing I don't like is the release valve that goes into the handle end, which is inserted into the hole where the handle goes. You turn the handle to lower or raise the Jack depending on which way you're turning the device. It appears that the release valve part is loose inside the handle hole, resulting in a loose feeling with the whole handle. There is also a cam under the handle assembly that rides the end of the piston where it contacts the whole Despite its position within the lower base of the handle assembly, the knob twists at an angle instead of remaining at a 90 degree angle. While it might be difficult to explain, it seems to me that something isn't right with this, but regardless of that the device appears to function fine. The rest of the device appears to be The only thing I use it for frequently is to take pictures, so I hope it'll stand.
