Questions & Answers

Is there a perfect fit for every Tesla?

It was a better fit than the ones I had previously purchased. There is a storage case included. And it's made of extremely durable rubber that won't harm your vehicle.

In April, I will receive my 2022 Model Y. Will it look great with my new car?

All four jacks fit perfectly in each of my Tesla Model Y's four jacks, which I tested on my 2022 Tesla Model Y.

Does it provide adequate protection for the frame?

I had previously purchased an aluminum jack, but it scratched the frame near the contact point. As a result, I used this instead of the rubber gasket. I would recommend purchasing this rubber because it will not damage your car and is of good quality.

Is it compatible with the Tesla Model S?

Yes, this is compatible with the Model S. Three holes can be seen when looking at the lifting point. Insert the pad into the middle hole, which is free of bolts. It's easier for me to put the lift pad in first, then line up the jack properly. With some jacks, the edge of the lifting piece must not come into contact with the lip where the battery casing begins, which is just inside the jack areas. For more information, look at the lifting diagram on a model.

Selected User Reviews For Tesla Model 3 / Y/S/X Jack Pad Pucks Jack Lift Pad Adapter Tool with Storage Box(Protects Battery & Chassis)

The construction is excellent, and the fit is ideal
5/5

They appear to be well-made and sturdy, resembling hockey pucks with a bump on the top. I put all four in each of the four jack points on my 2021 Tesla Model Y and they all fit perfectly. The silicone ring secures them in place while also allowing them to be removed easily. I'm putting these in the back small cargo area, and while I don't expect to use them very often, it's good to have them on hand in case of emergency.

One of those things you just have to have; I've only used them once to make sure they fit, and they do
5/5

br>br>These are the kinds of things you hope you'll never need, but you'll be glad you have them if you do. They protect the Tesla's bottom and battery from jack damage, which is required whenever the car is lifted with jacks. br>br>I also wanted them in case I needed roadside assistance, which they did not provide.

Pay attention to what other people have to say
3/5

Basenor has sent me a message regarding: my satisfaction with their product, and I responded as follows: "When I first opened my order, I noticed a few things. " br>br>"I noticed a few things when I first opened my order. The jack lift pads appear to be worn, have a musty odor, and are missing the metal L tool. I took them outside in the hopes of getting rid of the odor. They are dissatisfied because the tool is missing and they appear to be in poor condition. "br>br>I'm torn between returning the set and seeing if Basenor will send me a new one that doesn't stink and includes the missing tool.

DO NOT PURCHASE FOR THE TESLA MODEL Y
3/5

The weight of the car causes the puck to collapse, causing the jack to rise at an angle, putting the car at risk of tipping over and landing on the rotors. Use caution when driving a large vehicle such as a Tesla. As others have noted, the puck is too thick, making it nearly impossible to clear the jack underneath it (with a flat tire). This isn't something you should buy. Tesla won't be able to use the puck because the material it's made of isn't strong enough.

On the Model 3, it does not fit well
3/5

These had to be returned because they didn't properly bottom to the car lift points, leaving a quarter-inch gap between the puck and the car. The projections on the puck are about a quarter inch too long. All four pucks on all four car lift points are having the same problem. As a result, the lift would be shaky and dangerous. I could have sawed off a quarter inch from each puck, but I didn't think I needed to. Furthermore, pucks do not fit tightly enough in the car lift points and will fall out unless you hold them in place. 4 Sparta pucks were substituted for them. They are well-fitting and receive a five-star rating from me. At the very least, customer service was prompt.

Model Y jack pads made of rubber
5/5

I was advised to buy a set of jack pads for the Model Y because jacking it directly on the frame could damage the battery compartment. I looked on Amazon and discovered that these jack pads were significantly less expensive than the others. The pads are made of high-quality rubber and appear to be effective.

It does not fit correctly, nor does it attach and hold to the chassis
3/5

If you order these, make sure you check the fit as soon as you get them. When it came time to rotate my tires, I didn't think to check fit. It's been nearly 9 months since I placed my order. The pads don't sit flush against the chassis (the center insert is too long - see below). 1 inch in diameter, but it most likely needs to be resized. 6 inch). They also fall out right away and won't stay attached to the chassis. I'm hoping that customer service notices this and, regardless of how long it's been, refunds this order because the product is completely unsafe and unusable, and I've never used it. I'm postponing my tire rotation (which was supposed to happen today) and ordering a new set of safe brake pads.

The product fits snugly into the vehicle-lifting holes
5/5

I had no problems using this product to rotate my tires. Keep in mind that the Model 3 weighs 4000 pounds, and scissor jacks require a strong person to lift it. For my scissor jacks, I used a crescent wrench, and a tire rotation requires two jacks.
