There is much value in this item. There were several upgrades I made to the item so that it would last a lifetime. I went to home depot lowes and got Teflon washers and place them between the points where metal contacts metal on the swing. This is the point that wears the most easily. As well, I would recommend you make the hardware stainless steel if it is not already stainless steel, as it is fairly straightforward to convert the hardware. When I have some photos of the upgrades I made, I'll share them with you. In order to explore the picture to its full extent, you must zoom in on it since I am not at the product right now, but I am planning to post the pictures as soon as I get A suspension is in effect for the engine case. The uprights should also be drilled with a hole in the middle between the three pieces, then the stand should be secured with the kingnut, so that it can be easily disassembled. Also consider getting some strips of Velcro and attaching them to the bottom of the drip tray with the soft part of the Velcro so the tray slides smoothly and there is no metal to metal contact. These are all small On the whole, the stand does a good job. I am the type of person who cannot leave anything alone especially when it is an upgrade and very easy to implement.
As I was working on my Beta doing a rebuild I was getting tired of the disgusting oil soaked box that I had been using Would have been better if I'd purchased one years ago.
These motors are great for the motors that fit but won't fit the Yamaha Raptor.
It is an excellent work stand for a reasonable price. It can easily rotate and lock the engine in place. Additionally, it has a very nice finish. I would highly recommend it!.
I put together the tray or legs at a warped angle and figured I would mount it on a tool box but now it probably looks like another brand. I'm not happy with the lack of effort I put into a great.
Working on dirt bike engines ranging from 65cc to 250cc/450cc is what I do. All of the parts fit and it works well. The purchase was well worth it.
