Using these things to pull the engine head on the Cummins isx15 was quite useful. Their work was very good and they kept the load up perfectly without any bending, flexing or distortion. The bolt and fender washer routine that I was doing previously seemed to work a lot better with these. This would have been a wise purchase if I had bought them long.
This is a fantastic set of lifting brackets nearly identical to a set of cat lifting brackets at a fraction of the price. These are heavy duty and I'm confident I can rely on them for years.
Used them to replace an engine I always like OTC products because they work well.
My favorite part of these HD lift brackets is how robust they are. The primary purpose of these vehicles is to move engines and or components of engines, but they could be used for a variety of other purposes. Automotive engines (automotive). Design that is well made and looks good. Keeping my tool box around my house, I bought two pairs of them.
I feel safe using these bad boys because they are sturdy.
A suitable plating has been applied. Although I have not reached the lifting capacity of the lifting device, I can say that it should be handled with caution and with The collection is highly recommended, and I will continue adding to it as I need to.
Despite the fact that they were expensive and I had to use a washer because my truck uses a smaller bolt than what the bracket is designed for, they worked well.
My work technically requires all lifting devices to have a load tag on them, so a load tag may have been a good addition to this product. As well, it would be nice if the hole was drilled to be able to support a 5/8'' bolt since 5/8'' bolts are common on heavy equipment. A little die grinder action however fixes that problem.
