It turned out to be a pretty decent ride. It is a disgrace that installation instructions are so confusing. A description of how to install the device is not provided in the install video. Also, the springs to return the break catch are not wound tightly enough, and they need assistance for latching. Plugs are not found on the end of the cables, you have to spice one up, and the wires are not labelled so you can see which one goes where. I only have two bolts holding the motor in place because the bracket for the motor was welded on to the pillar the wrong way around. Despite the low cost, it meets its purpose nicely and is not a bad choice for a.
