Yes, the tester can be used on any car or truck that runs on gasoline. You can tell if the engine has a burned valve, a clogged exhaust system, over or under advanced timing, and so on if you know how to read the measurements.
No case.
No, I'm not convinced. I can't think of a way to change it.

It's a lot smaller than the OTC model, but it's just as well made! In any case, I hope this has been of assistance. God bless you, and please keep my sister out of your lane!.
I was let down. Picture shows produced in the United States. NOT! I try to purchase items that are made in the United States whenever possible. I would have returned it if it wasn't made in the United States. However, I was unable to wait any longer. I needed to get started on the project, so I gave it three stars because it is functional. Bummed.

Two plastic adapters come in handy, as well as a heavy-duty, easy-to-read scale. I've only used it once (on the vacuum side), so I can't comment on its accuracy. The unit is very nice.
I was able to get a precise reading on my engine vacuum so I could figure out which power valve to use in my Holley carb.
It's a teeny-tiny gauge, to be sure. Although it is not as large as the "old school" vacuum gauge that was the size of your hand, it does take up less space in the toolbox. So far, the gauge appears to be accurate, and there have been no issues. The only things I don't like about it are that it doesn't come with a case and doesn't come with any other adapters.
It's not as big as some, but it's also less expensive. This size gauge has come in handy for me. It's an excellent vacuum gauge.
