It is true. It fits 99% of vehicles on the road because it is silicone. It is a pleasure to answer your question.
Three sixteenths of an inch in diameter. This flexible hose provides a good seal on larger bleed valves because of its flexibility.
While the vent is smaller than the bleeder tube, spills have not been an issue. Maintaining it's upright is all you need to do. Each time I bleed a wheel, I empty it as well.
Approximately 500ml of fluid can be held in the 1810 Fluid Bottle. You're welcome, Eric, thanks for asking

Buying the Motive Bleeder Bottle probably made you think the same thing as I did How is it that this much money is being spent when I can use a recycled soda bottle instead? if you opt to use your old soda bottle you can get by just fine, but if you have a few extra dollars, this will make things easier for you. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the material could be a little more transparent to allow one to see the change over when the old fluid stopped flowing and the new fluid started. After you have cleaned the bottle with denatured alcohol, you should use it for cleaning again.
It goes great Despite being soft and easy to slip onto the bleeder, the hose is flexible enough to allow you to open the bleeder while the hose is If you want to fill it all the way, you'll have enough fluid to flush one wheel thoroughly, and maybe two if you want to.
I found the catch bottle to be superior to what I expected. We left the suction blank since we do not have suction. The pressure bottle that you connect to a master cylinder functions in conjunction with this. A turkey baster or something similar is what I use to suction out the old fluid. Next, fill it with new fluid on the master cylinder in my case I used DOT 4 for my BMW i3. Then screw down the cap of the pressure bottle. Place the catch bottle on the brake cylinder that is located on the right-hand side of the vehicle. One that is near the Master Cylinder but farther than the others. Using the pressure bottle, set the pressure on the system to about 10 pounds or 12 pounds on the gauge, and make sure your master cylinder is fully topped off with the proper amount of brake fluid. (For an instance, check out Motive products to see what a pressure bottle looks like. )
Using a wrench that fits the bleeder valve, crack it open to where you see fluid draining into the catch bottle, you did connect the rubber hose, didn't you
You will probably see yellow-colored fluid and possible Check to see if the Master Cylinder is filled with fluid. Do not allow it to run dry. Tighten up the valve, and check the Level of Fluid. Release pressure on the system and top off the Master Cylinder if additional fluid is needed. Please be careful, make sure the brake fluid pressure is released before you open the pressure valve. If brake fluid gets on your paint, it will destroy it, and it won't be very helpful for you. * Once you see new fluid pouring in from the right rear, tighten the bleeder valve and proceed to the left rear, then the right front and then the left front of the car. It goes without saying that these instructions relate to the Master Cylinders, which are usually found on the left side of the car, on the drivers side. This is a pretty simple procedure and you can save a couple hundred dollars.
I used an old jar, but somehow it always ended up falling and spilling its contents, so I liked this better. The only thing I need is a bottle, a piece of picture wire, and a tube. I was able to fit the tube through the wrench and fit the nipples perfectly since it was thin and flexible enough. An excellent idea is the little nub placed on the breather hole to prevent spills. The hotel does not feature anything fancy, but it is well worth the price.
This accessory wasn't on my original shopping list for my Motive power bleeder, but I am glad I got it. In addition, it permitted a 0 There was no mess made from collecting the old brake fluid, so I didn't have to worry about getting it on the paint or other sensitive parts of my body. I have no leaks in my 2014 Audi A4 thanks to this perfectly fitting bleeder valve.
Quickened the bleeding of a new brake system a lot. This is the C-format I used The plate clamps to the chain rather than chains to the plate. Until then, it is a one-time offer Usually the job is done by one person. Remove the master cylinder plate carefully if the master cylinder is not stable in the car. Dispose of brake fluid overflow before you remove.
This bleeding bottle is very handy especially if it is attached to a wire cable so that it can be hung where your brake calipers are bleeding. Every time you bleed the caliper, you just have to empty the bottle. A hose that fits perfectly on a bleed screw is attached.
I bought this bottle and tubing for my 2006 330i E90 and it worked great. It is recommended that you use power bleeding, but you could make one with an empty gatorade bottle and a few feet of tubing sized for your car's brake system and save a bit of money if you are.
