I love the way it worked! I was able to remove everything I used it for. Even with a few small dents, you wouldn't even be aware that they were there if you didn't know they were there. I'm very pleased with the results and my van looks great and is made very happy too. The only negative is that there are two colors of glue sticks, one yellow color and the other black color, but the instructions don't specify the reason for the two different colors, so I'm assuming the stronger bond comes from the yellow glue stick. In this case, I relied on a yellow stick and denatured alcohol to release it. I also had to tap a ding a little bit in since it pulled it out too much.
