an excellent piece of aluminum and is very sturdy. I used this device twice, once on my car with a dent and once on a friend's car with a ding. In that case, it works better to wait for the wax to harden well and repeat the process a couple of times. I hope this was helpful.

I hit the door a few times. The lives of ALL Amazon customers are important.
There is no doubt that this kit works, but you have to be very careful when using In the hands of an amateur (such as myself), it should not be permitted. Following the use of this kit, I noticed that my Porsche looked distinctly worse for wear. A shallow, minor dent on the hood was caused by me pulling the hood too far/hard and causing it to concave. As a result of trying to reverse what I had done (I had access to both surfaces because the hood is not lined), I introduced two additional holes It took a lot of effort to remove the glue off an equally minor dent on the door, but I wentuged the paint. After reading the directions, watching videos and taking extra precaution (I thought), I proceeded quickly but carefully with the project. The problem was that I couldn't put this thing away fast enough to prevent me from doing more Here's what I suggest You can get by with a few imperfections on Leave dent removal to the pros and let them do it for you. Leave the story of its life to the dents.
The glue I used with this tool cannot be removed from my vehicle, at least in my case, as it was such better quality than the other dent removal tools here on Amazon. In the picture I am attaching to this post, you can see that I was able to get a large smudge with some smaller bits still attached. I am not sure why the smudge was so large. The only way for me to remove this is to rub some rubbing compound on it and hope that it comes I am returning this product because of that reason, and I give it three stars.
It's a pretty good kit for the price. It would be much better if the glue produced less sticky residues, resulting in easier cleaning. The plastic buttons broke in three places. In order to buy replacement buttons, I called Eastwood directly and had a pleasant customer service experience. The overall experience has been very satisfactory, especially when it is handled properly.
but after a few tries, it pulled out the dent on the first try. I pushed it back a few times with my thumb and full body weight when I decided that was just a bit too much. Due to the two layer thickness of the fabric, I couldn't reach the backside of the fabric to tap it out. This seemed like a good idea to me so I tried it. I did not damage the paint, but the glue was a bit difficult to remove afterwards. My car is a 2008, so the metal is not that thick, so it is unlikely to work on a car from the 70's because the paint may come Therefore, I think it would be worth giving it a shot. Sharing it with your friends will make it even more meaningful.
A few dents are visible in the curve of the hood that have kinks. However, there is still a noticeable sign of a kink that was visible after several attempts at cleaning. When it came to the really bad dent, I did not think it would ever be repaired. There is quite a dimple in the quarter panel from the door from the garbage bin hitting it. When the sun started shining, the glue just didn't cool enough in the sun. I was making good progress on the dent, but the glue melted when the sun came out. Perhaps in the shade I can get a better result. What is my greatest concern? I used the hot Depending on the amount of alcohol being spritzed on the adhesive, the hot glue becomes soggy very quickly and requires no effort to remove. I used denatured alcohol. The tip on how to clean hot glue was useful to me since I use it a lot.
The kit was purchased to try and remove a dent from a motorcycle gas tank from behind, as I could not reach the dent from the front. A total waste of time and resources. It could have been either of these two things Immediately after pulling out the plastic tab, the glue on the tank was pulled off with it and I had to scrape the glue off or I pulled the glue off the tab with the glue on it and then had to clean it off. There was no change in the dent. It didn't make a difference whether I let the glue cool for up to ten minutes to see if it wasn't set. My sincere regret is that this did not work out.
I decided to purchase the Eastwood Paintless Dent Removal kit after watching a video about it. My wife's car recently suffered an accident in the parking lot. Despite the fact that the kit arrived quickly, the tools looked well made and most importantly, they It is as simple as following the instructions in the kit. You can take your time while creating this gorgeous piece.
