What's the difference between the RSSO13 and the RSSO14?

For my Bosch random orbital sander, I got these. The material is nice, but they are a bit The random orbital sander's backing pad sticks very tightly to the sanding discs and all of them overhang the sanding disc by about 1/8". The fur on the vests has not frayed or lost any of its fluff despite being used hard.

The first time I used it, it shed and came apart! I'm disappointed in the outcome! When I tried to use it to polish my car just once, it fell apart with fur pieces all over my My buffing pad was past its return period so I threw it in the garbage after washing

Would have been better if I had tested it earlier. If it is made in Switzerland, I would expect it to be of better quality and more durable.

As a buffer, a sander is useful. Whenever I wax furniture, I use this on paste wax. The finishing cloth would not be suitable for polishing a car, but it is great for polishing.
