I bought the Dohones Best. back-up wireless digital For my son's 30 foot travel trailer, I bought a camera kit. We bought the same camera for our 30 foot travel trailer nine months ago. We've taken it on five trips now, and I can't believe we didn't bring it with us. My rearview mirrors are extended, but they aren't fully functional. sufficient for viewing in safety Behind and around our RV, there was a lot of traffic. In three lanes of traffic, the back-up camera allows us to see what was behind us and on both sides. Although the documentation claims a 150-degree viewing angle, it appears to be closer to 180 degrees. We are self-assured and capable of making sound driving decisions. We don't have to think about it anymore. in order to avoid being stuck in traffic Putting up My son parks his travel trailer in a public place, so I set up the backup camera so that it could be removed, which was very simple. The wireless connectivity is excellent, the picture was crystal clear with no lag or stuttering, and it had a very wide field of view that could be seen clearly on the 7-inch screen. monitor (inches) There were times when it rained. During our trip, however, this had no effect on the camera's visibility. Despite temperatures in the mid-twenties, there was no fogging of the camera. Rain and temperatures in the 90s. The monitor was secured to the front windshield by a suction cup-like device that was extremely stable and did not move. This camera is something I would recommend to anyone who owns an RV. I had no idea how dangerous driving without one actually is. After my purchase, the company contacted me to ensure that I was satisfied and to inform me that there was a video available to assist with installation if there were any issues.
This setup is a fantastic value for the money and a very useful tool for backing up my 32-foot RV. I have two cameras on the back of my car, one on each side. One is aimed down to provide a clear view of the bumper and aid in determining how close I am to objects behind me. The other is pointed back so I can see what's going on behind me while driving. I positioned the monitor above the ineffective rearview mirror, making it more natural to look there for a view from behind. br>The level of customer service provided by this company has really impressed me. I just finished installing the second camera (a year later) and am having some issues getting it to work. I sent them a message through Amazon's contact form, and they responded with a solution to my problem in less than 12 hours. That is the true purpose of this assessment. I was not compensated or given any freebies in exchange for this review; it is solely my opinion!.
The connection is deteriorating. After that, good customer service will be provided to make up for it. First impressions: I wanted to give it a higher rating because it started out great, but after 5 weeks of use, the supposedly waterproof camera developed moisture on the inside of the outer lens, resulting in a terrible image. Furthermore, despite initially perfect connectivity, the unit is losing signal with increasing frequency, and now loses connection every minute or so. br>The second review is as follows: Customer service has been excellent, as others have stated. Following some problems, I was given a new camera, which has performed admirably since then, though only time will tell how well the new unit will hold up. One feature that appears to have been carried over from the previous unit is that the system is susceptible to interference from other signals, and the display frequently loses contact with the monitor in congested areas where many signals are being transmitted. The connection is stable whether on the highway or in rural areas.
br>The unit's instructions were in a slightly broken English, but they were still understandable. After sending an email to the supplier, I received a video tutorial that answered all of my questions. br>br>My installation was simple because I was replacing an existing system. All I had to do was make use of the power and mounts I already had. br>br>Picture is clear, and there is no lag between the transmission of the image from the rear to the monitor in the cab that I can detect. The only minor flaw I can find is that one of the supplied antennas is loose, regardless of how tight it is tightened. It's the same one I had on the monitor, and it swings around. It is hidden in the back of the monitor, so I am not aware of it, and it has had no adverse effect on performance. Overall, a fantastic product with excellent support at an excellent price!.
Excellent product; it was simple to set up, and the camera appeared on my monitor as soon as I turned them both on. It appears to be well-made and sturdy. The camera was mounted on the back of my 22' center console boat trailer as well as the dashboard of my truck. The distance between the camera and the monitor is about 50 feet, and the image quality is good. This is a product that I would strongly recommend.
This was purchased to be installed in the back of a 30' camper, so the wireless signal had to be able to run for approximately 15 minutes. 45'. After determining which wires were which, wiring the camper's running lights went smoothly. The signal is very clear for being wireless and transmitting that far, and the setup was made much easier because the transmitter and receiver are built in. br>Because the monitor can connect to two cameras, we hardwired another camera to the truck for backing up to the trailer. Being able to switch between the two without having to use a separate monitor is extremely convenient. We haven't driven it yet, but I expect it to make parking and backing up much easier on our next camping trip. Anyone looking for a wireless option for a longer trailer or camper setup should consider this.
Installing this unit on the back of my Winnebago 2401RG travel trailer was a breeze. The blue tooth synced correctly the first time, and after adjusting the camera angle, I have excellent visibility from about 2' behind the trailer and beyond. I did request the magnetic antenna, which helped a little with the reception. My trailer is a little over 48' long from the front of the pickup to the back of the trailer bumper. br>I've got marker lights wired in so I can see what's going on behind me before changing lanes. When backing into the campsite and the pad next to my garage, it provides excellent visibility.
